On April 29, Al-Sahab, Al-Qaeda's media production company, posted a 36-minute video message by Abu Yahya Al-Libi, Al-Qaeda leader in Afghanistan, titled "Palestine: A Warning Call." In his message Al-Libi focuses on Hamas' strategic choice to prefer a political course over jihad. Al-Libi describes Hamas' choice as a dangerous "slippery slope," which causes deception and "fata morgana," dangers that can only be neutralized by an unequivocal return to jihad. ...
