A lead article in the latest issue of "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), says that the March 22, 2024 attack in Moscow "illuminated" differences between believers, who rejoiced at the attack, and unbelievers, referencing the Afghan Taliban, condemning it.

Titled "The Bear Bewildered," the article notes: "Within the camp of disbelief, there was mourning; there was sadness because of the Crusaders' deaths, and there was condemnation of the act." The article appears in Issue 34 of Voice of Khurasan, the magazine's current edition dated Ramadan 1445, in the Hijri calendar, which corresponds with the lunar month ending April 10, 2024.[1]

Following are excerpts from the article:

"The Enemies Of The Crusaders All Over The World Are Happy, But The Sympathizers Of The Crusaders, Like The Taliban Militia, Who Are Afraid That They Will Be Orphaned After The Death Of The Crusaders, Are Saddened" Over The Moscow Attack

"A heroic raid in Moscow, the heart of Crusader Russia. The enemies of the Crusaders all over the world are happy, but the sympathizers of the Crusaders, like the Taliban militia, who are afraid that they will be orphaned after the death of the Crusaders, are saddened, and they consider the killing of the Crusaders a condemnable act against Islamic values.

"The Heroic Raid in Moscow and the Destruction of the Pride of the Infidel Forces!

"When the sun of the Islamic Khilafah [caliphate] rose in Syria and Iraq, all the infidels of the world gathered against it and formed a great alliance known as the 'Global Coalition.' Today, nearly 87 countries, including Afghanistan, are members of this alliance. It has become a throng that fights and destroys Islamic State fighters from the Philippines to Mozambique and from Khurasan to the Caucasus. This was the first time in the history of Islam that the infidels of the East and the West, and the Roman and Persian empires gathered under one flag and started a war against the Muslims to destroy the only state of the Muslims.

"It has been years since this group began fighting the Islamic State [ISIS], but they still have not been able to stop it despite employing all that they have of strength, force, bombs, and missiles and every variety of chemical and biological weapons, even white phosphorus. Alhamdulillah [Praise Be to Allah], they have failed in all their efforts thus far.

"At the head of this coalition is Russia, America, and Iran. These countries, in addition to fighting against the Islamic State within the framework of the coalition, also deployed to Iraq and Syria for a separate war to support the Rafidi [rejectionist, pejorative term for Shi'ite] militias and the ruling taghut [tyrant] government, and they committed massive atrocities against Sunnis."

"In The Last Days Of September 2015, Russian Soldiers And The Russian Mercenary Militias (Wagner) Set Foot On The Blessed Land Of Syria To Support Bashar Al-Assad's Brutal Regime; From Above, The Planes Bombarded The Villages And Towns Of The Sunnis, And On The Ground Were Wagner's Barbaric Militia"

"Today we are talking about Russia among these three great barbaric tawaghit [tyrants]. In the last days of September 2015, Russian soldiers and the Russian mercenary militias (Wagner) set foot on the blessed land of Syria to support Bashar al-Assad's brutal regime. From above, the planes bombarded the villages and towns of the Sunnis, and on the ground were Wagner's barbaric militia, and pens are incapable of writing about their barbarities.

"In Idlib, Homs, Tadmur, Aleppo, Deirez-Zor and other cities, the horrors of the bombardment and massacre of Sunnis by the Russians exceeded all bounds; they killed children, old men, and women, according to their habit of not holding back from violence and aggression.

"After the creation of the Global Crusader coalition [against ISIS], the Islamic State declared revenge and killed citizens... in Europe and the Western world, as they were members of this barbaric Crusader coalition that blindly bombs oppressed Muslims in Iraq, Syria, and other Islamic countries.

"The soldiers of the Islamic State targeted the citizens of the member countries of this coalition in America, Russia, Grozny, Chechnya, Brussels, Spain, London, India, Israel, France, Australia, Switzerland, Iran, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and other Eastern and Western infidel countries. They leapt and took revenge.

"This series is still going on. First, the heroic attack in Iran two months ago, then a hero stabbed many Jews in Switzerland, and two weeks ago, this wave of revenge reached Moscow, Russia, where hundreds of Crusaders were driven to the pit of death."

"This Attack In Moscow, The Heart Of Russia, Was Tactical And Full Of Achievements In Every Aspect; It Was Almost Five Years Ago On The Same Day And Night In March 2019 That The International Coalition Committed... Barbarities In Al-Baghouz, Syria"

"This attack in Moscow, the heart of Russia, was tactical and full of achievements in every aspect. It was almost five years ago on the same day and night in March 2019 that the international coalition committed atrocities and barbarities in Al-Baghouz, Syria, killing thousands of people. They bombed thousands of Muslims.

"In one night alone, they burned them with bombs, roasting the bodies of innocent children and women in the flames of gunpowder and phosphorus. In these nights five years later, the same people who did that are being shot in their heads, the same people who did that are being cut with knives, and the same people who did that are burning in flames by the hundred.

"But this time it is not al-Baghouz of Syria, it is Moscow. This time, it is not the Muslims but the Christians who are being held accountable for their atrocities and barbarities. This truly is the debt they owe. This debt is so great that many other infidel and Crusader countries will soon pay it, InshaAllah.

"The selection of the day of the massacre of 'al-Baghouz' by the soldiers of the Islamic State for the attack on the capital of Moscow also sends a message to the members of the international Crusader coalition that the atrocities of the infidels in al-Baghouz and the Islamic world are not forgotten. You will be punished for your atrocities one by one, InshaAllah. The coming nights will truly be very dark and bitter for you.

"Today, when the soldiers of the Islamic State killed and injured nearly 500 Crusaders, years of conspiracy theories were washed away, such that none can object, but instead of asking, 'How can it be the Khawarij[2] who are killing the infidels?'', they quickly say, 'This is the work of intelligence agencies and ISIS does not exist.'"

"In The Islamic World, There Are Movements Like The Taliban, Al-Qaeda, The Jolani Militia, And... Many Other Organizations That Claim Jihad Against The Infidels, But No Infidel Is Afraid Of Them, And No Infidel Is Threatened By Them"

"They always look for excuses to escape the truth, so that they can take charge of the argument and stand against reality.

"First, America warned fifteen days prior and said that there will be an attack in the next two days. However, the story of the analysts proved to be a complete lie and there was no attack in those two days. The main answer is that the Islamic State is hostile to the international coalition led by the United States. This hostility does not revolve around lies, empty rumors, and false declarations, but this enmity has been proven to this infidel group by the lions of the Islamic State with a hail of bullets. Thus, the Crusaders are always in fear of being attacked today or tomorrow.

"Truly, if you look at the Western media, not a single day passes without news like: The Islamic State is a threat to Western countries! Major attacks will happen in the next six months; Many extremists have entered the Western and European world and will attack Western targets here.

"And so they spread the news every day about the threat to them and their dire fear.

"They spread news of fearing the Islamic State, because the enemy is afraid of it, unlike their attitude toward the liars [the Taliban]. In the Islamic world, there are movements like the Taliban, al-Qaeda, the Jolani militia, and the Tehreek[e-Taliban Pakistan] and many other organizations that claim jihad against the infidels, but no infidel is afraid of them, and no infidel is threatened by them.

"Everyone knows that the jihad of these people depends only on the national war [for territorial interests] and protecting personal interests. This is not the fight for shari'a and jihad. It is not the same fighting done by the soldiers of the Islamic State, which is why every infidel around the world is afraid of them.

"The munafiqeen [hypocrites] and the murjiah [those who postpone] have no other option, because for years their militias have fought against the Islamic State in the name of the Khawarij. They are forced to reject such baseless accusations and allegations. Otherwise you will see them mourning the killing of the Crusader Russians today, condemning it, and being saddened by their deaths, offering condolences to the Crusaders."

"The Heroic Attack In Moscow Illuminated The Divisions Between Disbelief And Faith Even More Starkly; Those Who Are With The Camp Of Faith Rejoiced At The Deaths Of The Crusaders"; "On The Other Side, Within The Camp Of Disbelief, There Was Mourning; There Was Sadness Because Of The Crusaders' Deaths, And There Was Condemnation"

"Similarly, should the Islamic State target all Jews and Crusaders worldwide, these militias will persist in attributing blame to the mujahideen as their customary response. They issue accusations and convey condolences for the deaths of Jews and Crusaders to the tawaghit, mourning their loss.

"The heroic attack in Moscow illuminated the divisions between disbelief and faith even more starkly. Those who are with the camp of faith rejoiced at the deaths of the Crusaders, celebrating the Islamic State's retribution against the oppressed Muslims of Syria and beyond at the hands of the brutal Crusaders.

"On the other side, within the camp of disbelief, there was mourning; there was sadness because of the Crusaders' deaths, and there was condemnation of the act. Some individuals claiming to be Muslims, denounced the killing of the Crusaders as an atrocity and a betrayal of Islamic and human values.

"However, these same individuals said nothing in the face of the daily bombings and killing of innocent children in Syria and other parts of the Islamic world, as well as the atrocities committed by the Crusader Russian. They said nothing and dismissed such actions as internal affairs of the tawaghit, refusing to intervene, whether the victims were the oppressed Uyghurs or the people of Syria and Chechnya.

"However, when the believers retaliate for oppressed Muslim brethren and sisters suffering at the hands of these brutal Crusaders, suddenly internal affairs lose significance. Instead, the satisfaction and approval of the Crusaders become relevant. Therefore, they condemn the killing of the Crusaders publicly, branding it as a violation of Islamic values. Yes, killing the Crusaders is an act against Islamic values! But the Islam designed in Doha, orchestrated by the CIA, ISI, and KGB, and its representatives, and held apostate Taliban militias is deemed permissible."

"The Heroic Attack By The Soldiers Of The Islamic State In Moscow Rattled The Stronghold Of Disbelief; It Shattered The Pride Of The Infidels And Revived The Hopes Of Oppressed Muslims Worldwide"

"[Criticizing the Afghan Taliban who are seeking UN recognition] The Islam that labels the United Nations as a partner with Allah, worshiping tawaghit instead of Allah, is deemed permissible. It is this Islam in which the satisfaction of the UN Security Council, the United States, and Russia has priority over the pleasure of Allah, the Islam in which the values are set by the infidels.

"And whoever holds the true Islam that Allah revealed to Muhammad, killing the Crusaders is a great act of worship, a form of worship in which the Almighty Creator of the worlds laughs at his servants. This form of worship is the second greatest after faith and it is the pinnacle of Islam.

"In short, the heroic attack by the soldiers of the Islamic State in Moscow rattled the stronghold of disbelief. It shattered the pride of the infidels and revived the hopes of oppressed Muslims worldwide. It echoed the resilience of those who carry the bloodline of Muhammad bin Qasim[3] and Qutaiba bin Muslim,[4] resounding with the cries of oppressed Muslims across the globe.

"The raid was powerful in every aspect, but the most striking moment came when the ghazis initiated the attack, focusing solely on targeting the enemy. Across the globe, believers rejoiced at the success of the raid. While the hearts of Muslims remained steadfast, it was only the Crusaders, their lackeys, and the mercenary militias of the Crusader coalition, along with a few collaborators, who feared being orphaned by the loss of their newfound Crusader guardians, and thus mourned the event. May Allah Almighty alleviate their sorrow and pain."
