On October 27, Al-Malahem, the media arm of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), released an audio recording in which senior commander Khaled Batarfi warns that the West and Iran are planning to occupy all Muslim countries and urges scholars, tribesmen, and Muslim youth to join the mujahideen and support jihad.
On October 23, 2016, the Pro-Islamic State Telegram channel posted a message calling on supporters to carry out attacks on Americans who are in Saudi Arabia, as well as members of Saudi state security and investigation apparatus using guns, poison and knives.
On October 27, 2016, the ISIS news agency A'maq released a video of one of the men who carried out an attack in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. ISIS had claimed responsibility for the October 23 attack, which, it said, was carried out by two of its soldiers against a military base in the city.
Official Islamic State Radio Broadcasts Series Of Religious Lectures In French
On October 8, 2016, ISIS Telegram channels released a recording of a lecture in French which was broadcast on ISIS's official radio network Al-Bayan. The lecture is the first in a series titled "A Series of Exhortations Taken from the Life of the Prophet and his Companions."

Bahasa-Language ISIS Video Features Dozens Of Indonesian Fighters, Children In Iraq
On October 20, 2016, the Islamic State's Furat Media released a Bahasa-language video documenting the lives of Indonesian fighters who have joined ISIS and how they have been welcomed by the locals in Iraq, comparing it to the hospitality of the people of Madinah who welcomed the Prophet Muhammad and his Companions when they immigrated there from Makkah.
Images From Libya Show ISIS Targeting The 'Chinese Buildings' Area In Western Benghazi
In the last week, ISIS has released pictorial reports documenting the group's ongoing battles in western Benghazi, Libya.
On October 23, 2016, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) released a PDF document on their Telegram channel focusing on the recent arrest of one of the group's members. The group uploaded three versions of the document in Arabic, English and French. The document reveals that the hacker who was arrested is a 26- year old Kuwaiti citizen. The letter also briefly mentions that three other hackers have been arrested, but their real identities and their fates are still unknown.
International Pro-ISIS WhatsApp Group Chat Infiltrated By Jabhat Fath Al-Sham (JFS) Supporters
A WhatsApp group chat, which has 159 participants, was hijacked by a number of Jabhat Fath Al-Sham (JFS) supporters.
On October 27, 2016, the Syrian branch of the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) released a video for a nasheed (Islamic song) in the Uyghur language titled "The Martyr," which honors TIP fighters killed in action and praises death for the sake of Allah.
Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Video Documents Group's Role In Breaking Siege On Aleppo
On October 18, 2016, the Syrian branch of the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) released a video documenting the group's role in breaking the siege on the city of Aleppo. The city is still besieged by the Russia-backed Syrian military, and over 200,000 residents are trapped in its eastern areas.
