A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a poster calling for attacks in the West during Ramadan.
In a Dari-language book, the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP) calls for funds using cryptocurrency, and discusses the virtues and significance of funding jihad in light of shari'a.
On March 8, 2024, Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, a member of the Houthi Ansar Allah movement Supreme Political Council, shared posts on his X and Telegram accounts claiming that Houthi forces were aware of "breaches" in the defense systems onboard the American warships in the Red Sea.
In an article published on March 7, 2024, the Qatar-based Al-Jazeera website quoted a commander in the 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' military wing, who said that Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis) informed the group that its recent escalation in the Red Sea was due to Israel's planned attack on Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, and its continued "policy of starvation" in Gaza.

Addressing a public rally in support of Gaza, Sirajul Haq, leader of Pakistan's Jamaat-e-Islam (JI), has threatened to march on either the U.S. Embassy or the President's House in Islamabad during the "Gaza Million March" that his party has organized to be held on April 7, 2024.

On March 9, 2024, the armed forces of the Yemeni Houthi Ansar Allah movement claimed responsibility for "two specific military operations: The first operation targeted the American ship Propel Fortune in the Gulf of Aden with a number of appropriate naval missiles, while the second operation targeted a number of American war destroyers in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden with 37 drones."
On March 12, 2024, the armed forces of the Yemeni Houthi Ansar Allah movement claimed responsibility for "a targeting operation against the American ship Pinocchio in the Red Sea with a number of appropriate naval missiles."
On March 9, 2024, the Lebanese daily Al-Akhbar reported that informed sources in Sana'a, Yemen, expect the country's Ansar Allah Houthi Movement to geographically expand its attack campaign against the United States, Britain, and Israel.
On March 6, 2024, the secretary-general of the Sayyid Al-Shuhada Brigades praised the Islamic Resistance of Iraq for ushering in the so-called "second phase" of Iraqi resistance operations during the Israel-Hamas war.

Iran-Backed Islamic Resistance In Iraq Claims Drone Attack Against Israel's Ben Gurion Airport
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, published on March 12, 2024, a statement on Telegram claiming a March 11 drone attack against the Ben Gurion International Airport in central Israel, the country's main civilian airport.
The Afghan Taliban's state-run Bakhtar News Agency (BNA) recently conducted an interview in Arabic with Hamas spokesman.
On March 12, 2024, the official website of the Lebanese Hizbullah reported that earlier that day, Hizbullah's Secretary General, Hassan Nasrallah, received a delegation from the Hamas Movement. Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya, Deputy Chairman of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, headed the delegation.
On March 10, 2024, Al-Fajar Forces, the military wing of Al-Jama'ah Al-Islamiyah, the Lebanese Branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, issued a statement eulogizing three of its commanders who were killed in south Lebanon during a "confrontation with the Zionist army."

On March 12, 2024, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a poster titled "Fight All The Polytheists."
On March 10, 2024, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) issued an official statement announcing the death of its leader, Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Batarfi, and the appointment of his successor, Sa'd bin 'Atef Al-'Awlaqi.

On March 11, 2024, the General Command of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Somalia, Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), issued a statement eulogizing Khalid Batarfi, leader of Al-Qaeda branch in Yemen, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), who died on March 10.
The Al-Andalus Foundation, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM), and the Al-Zallaqa Media Foundation, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), published on March 12, 2024, a joint statement eulogizing Sheikh Khalid Bin Omar Batarfi, deceased leader of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).

Pro-Al-Qaeda Media Group Calls For Jihad Worldwide To Support Gaza In Honor Of Ramadan
In recent days, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published two statements inciting Muslims to jihad in support of Gaza in honor of Ramadan.
On March 1-9, 2024, Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), claimed responsibility for continued assaults against Burkinabe armed forces and affiliated armed groups, along with attacks in Mali targeting Malian troops and Wagner Group operatives in central and northeastern Mali.
On March 7, 2024, a judicial commission set up by Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) announced that Maysarah Al-Jubouri aka Abu Mariyah Al-Qahtani, an Iraqi-born senior religious official of the group, had been cleared of charges of collaboration and released from prison.
On March 6, 2024, Telegram channels supporting the Syria-based Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) forwarded posts from a Telegram channel affiliated with senior HTS security commander Maysarah Al-Jubouri, a.k.a. Abu Mariyah Al-Qahtani, who was arrested by the group on charges of espionage.

The latest issue of "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), has an article about the U.S. strikes in 2019 against ISIS fighters in Baghuz.
In a Pashtu-language video, the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP) rejects the Afghan Taliban's lashing and execution of Afghans for violating shari'a as a drama enacted by Taliban officials to deceive common people in Afghanistan.

On March 11, 20024, Fursan Al-Tarjuma (Knights of Translation), a major pro-Islamic State (ISIS) umbrella media group dedicated to translating official ISIS media materials, published an announcement in Tagalog proclaiming a merger with pro-ISIS Al-Fursan Media Tagalog, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State in East Asia Province (ISEAP) in the Philippines.
On March 1, 2024, the Hamasa Media account on X, formerly Twitter, shared a short – apparently incomplete – Dari-language video featuring a masked Tajikistani fighter saying that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) mujahideen have caused heavy casualties to the Pakistani army and have captured several areas and districts in Pakistan along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
On March 4, 2024, Afghan television channel Tolo News published short video clips of Qari Fasihuddin Fitrat, the Chief of Afghan Taliban's Armed Forces, on X and YouTube.
