On April 30, 2024, the Iranian Military Capabilities, a Telegram channel linked to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), shared an article analyzing the latest regional developments of the Hamas-Israel war.
Media outlets affiliated with Iran-backed militias in the region provided ample coverage of the anti-Israeli protests in American universities, arguing that they reflect the growing opposition among the American public opinion to the U.S.-Israeli alliance and the war in Gaza.
On April 25, 2024, a Telegram channel linked to Iran-backed militias in Iraq shared several photos and videos of anti-Israeli protests throughout the United States.
On May 1, 2024, the secretary-general of the Iran-backed Iraqi Sayyid Al-Shuhada Brigades denounced the U.S. for suppressing the anti-Israel student protest movement on American university campuses.
On April 25, 2024, the Houthi Ansar Allah Media Center published posters online condemning U.S. law enforcement's use of force against pro-Palestinian demonstrations in U.S. universities.
On April 28, 2024, in a statement in Arabic posted on its Telegram channel, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) warned Western countries not to station military forces in the Gaza Strip.

On April 30, 2024, Yahya Sare'e, Armed Forces spokesman of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis), released a statement, in English and Arabic, claiming attacks against American and Israeli targets.

On April 27, 2024, Brigadier General Yahya Saree', spokesperson for the armed forces of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis), published a statement on Telegram in Arabic and in English, claiming that the group had attacked the UK-owned Andromeda Star oil tanker in the Red Sea with several naval missiles, "directly hitting the ship."
On May 1, 2024, the official website of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis) published a photoset and a 10-minute video documenting a military drill simulating attacks on Israeli targets using rocket-propelled grenades (RPG), a shoulder-fired weapon that launches rockets equipped with explosive warheads.
On April 26, 2024, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella organization consisting of several Iran-backed militias in Iraq, said an attack in a statement published on Telegram.

Commanders Of Iran-Backed Iraqi Militias Hold Secret Meeting In Syrian City Of Al-Bukamal
On April 24, 2024, a high-ranking delegation of Iranian security and military officials from Iraq-based militias arrived in Al-Bukamal city, east of Deir Ezzor in Syria, where they held a secret meeting, according to a pro-Syrian opposition news outlet.

On April 24-25, 2024, the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) claimed an armed assault on a military barracks in southeastern Niger's Diffa region, and a series of IED attacks in various areas in northeastern Nigeria's Borno State.
