On May 24, 2015, the anti-Assad hacker Dr.SHA6H successfully hacked and defaced the website for the Uzbek embassy in Kuwait. The defaced page featured the above image and following message: "This site has been hacked because of the world's silence about the (four) years of massacres that occur in Syria and this is still happening."
