The latest issue of "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), features a long article that is Part Two in a continuing series on online security that teaches jihadi fighters about issues involving maintaining security online. The article offers an 11 tips on avoiding digital surveillance.
The article, "Light of Darkness – 2," appears in Issue 34 of Voice of Khurasan, the magazine's current edition dated Ramadan 1445 Hijri, the Islamic month ending April 10, 2024.
