On February 26, 2019, Hamas military wing 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, or simply Al-Qassam Brigades, posted links on Telegram to the group's new accounts on social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and the audio-sharing platform SoundCloud. Al-Qassam Brigades frequently posts links to its various accounts, which are typically suspended later. On WhatsApp, for example, Al-Qassam Brigades has operated numerous groups, which continue to resurface under different names and using different phone numbers following each suspension.
