On February 12, 2020, a Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) cleric who is also one of the organizers of the "I am Muslim" campaign, which is in solidarity with the Syrian mujahideen, urged Muslims in Syria and abroad to change their social media profile pictures to the campaign's logo and volunteer their services to the campaign.
