On May 1, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel promoted a new website that hosts archival and up-to-date content released by ISIS's Al-Bayan internet radio station. "Glad tidings to all the [Islamic State] supporters... thanks to Allah, the Al-Bayan radio archival website was opened," the announcement read.
