Islamic State (IS) 'Media Points' Information Campaign In Ninawa, Which Uses Bluetooth And Other Technologies

As part of its da'wa efforts, the Islamic State (IS) has deployed what it calls "media points" -booths scattered in IS controlled areas that provide religious and IS-related materials to the public.

Images have already been posted of media points that were spotted in Al-Raqqa, Syria.

Recently, the IS announced the expansion of its media points campaign into Ninawa province, Iraq. The campaign, which the IS launched during Eid Al-Fitr, consists of "stationary spots [that are] scattered geographically across general areas in the city of Mosul," the IS said.
