On February 22, 2023, a jihadi Telegram channel threatened to take vengeance against "the Zionists and the murderous UAE". In another post, it said that "the youth of [the group's] electronic support department" have managed to hack into an Israeli database, and it promised to provide more details later on. The post contained zip files containing data from a Israeli LGBTQ+ dating app originally hacked in October 2021. The channel was launched on April 28, 2022, but it only began posting on February 22, 2023. It currently has over 8,000 subscribers.
