The Pakistani terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) has developed a proprietary secure mobile communication app for its operatives in Pakistan's Jammu and Kashmir and elsewhere. The application enables secure communication with other operatives via phone and text messages. The info was revealed in the interrogation of LeT member Mohammad Naveed (seen above), after his arrest following an attack on Border Security Forces in Udhampur on August.
Intelligence services believe the app runs via a private server that is possibly located in Pakistan and operates on the mobile 3G network.
