The pro-ISIS Hadm Al-Aswar Foundation released a poster on Telegram showing an ISIS fighter overlooking a Western city as it goes up in flames. The text on the image reads: "Allah has fulfilled His promise to us, while you were shown to be a liar and pathetic, Oh America, on the day that Allah granted us conquest over countries and made you and your soldiers a lesson and a sign. You spent money and lost what you own and became - by Allah's grace - easy prey in the hands of the mujahideen."
