On December 15, 2018, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) tech group published an article on PasteThis.To demonstrating the use of Rocket.Chat, an open-source team collaboration platform. ISIS itself opened a channel on Rocket.Chat on December 14, 2018, following an aggressive Telegram campaign to shut down jihadi channels.
