On X, a pan-European, pro-Russian antisemite shared a scan of a letter in Russian addressed to an organization he once presided over, and a photo of a poster containing photos of the four candidates for the Russian presidential elections (held March 15-17).

The individual wrote: "I have been officially invited by the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Russia, as the President of 'L'Oeuvre Francaise,' to be an observer of the presidential elections on March 15-17. Four candidates are running: the outgoing president Vladimir Putin, the communist Nikolai Kharitonov, the nationalist Leonid Sloutski who succeeded Vladimir Zhirinovsky - who died in 2022, and civil society candidate Vladislav Davankov."

The individual didn't clarify whether he accepted the invitation and went to Russia to observe the elections. In the comment section, he only added: "I was posted to Novosibirsk in Western Siberia, which is located on the Trans-Siberian railway line. It is a university and student town with a technological and scientific center, Akademgorodok, created in 1958."
