German Neo-Nazi Activist Interviewed Commander Of Russian Volunteer Troops In Ukraine

On June 28, 2024, a German neo-Nazi musician turned blogger and activist published a new installment in his interview series. The program featured an interview with a Russian neo-Nazi. The interview is available on various podcast platforms, including Spotify, Podcast Chaser, and Pocket Casts. The Russian neo-Nazi founded and runs a neo-Nazi mixed martial arts (MMA) brand which has sponsored numerous fighting tournaments throughout Europe, including in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and Italy.

The Russian neo-Nazi currently functions as the commander of a battalion of Russian volunteer troops fighting in Ukraine against the Russian army.

The conversation lasted about 86 minutes. Both participants spoke bluntly about the current political crisis Germany is facing amidst its sanctions against Russia; Russian President Vladimir Putin's influence in the EU; the dynamics between Putin and the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán, as well as the Serbian President Aleksander Vučić, and the opinion of Putin held by many German neo-Nazis vis-à-vis to Putin's handling of Russian neo-Nazis. The Ukrainian guest expressed his disappointment with his German nationalist comrades' failure to respond to him being labeled, in the Germany media, as a drug boss, a Jew, and a "mole" – that is, a spy who has infiltrated the movement.
