A several-time convicted Holocaust denier and neo-Nazi French activist was recently indicted for “negation of crimes of war,” “contestation of crimes against humanity” and “incitation to hatred,” all of which are illegal in France. However, because the penalties did not include detention, he was released under judicial supervision. He declared he would continue to speak up and has been interviewed since then by French neo-Nazi and white supremacist media outlets, and is scheduled to give lectures across France.
