On December 17, 2022, a new Telegram channel was created. The channel’s emblem features a Celtic wheel cross and a skull and crossbones, symbols used by French ultranationalists and white supremacists. The group promotes law infringement and shares photos of youths carrying rifles. It claims its presence in two French cities and might be one branch of a wider ultranationalist network with a similar name. The full report provides details.
