On Telegram, a fascist Russian channel published, on February 2, 2023, a post covering the "methods of U.S. decolonization." The channel wrote: "We are sick and tired of America's attempts at breaking Russia apart. We believe someone should start working towards the collapse of the United States […]"

The post includes links to several articles on the Telegra.ph blogging platform detailing how the collapse of the U.S. should be initiated. The authors emphasize that in writing this material they were inspired by the figure of Iran’s Ayatollah Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini, who, "like us, regarded the U.S. as Satan's power (i.e., pure concentrated evil)."
There are four articles in total that cover the following topics: rationale, introduction, analysis and choice of tools, analysis of tactics and conclusions. The screenshot below depicts the front page of the Rationale article. The title of the article is "Decolonization of the U.S. Part 0. Why it's required." The image depicts the U.S. flag and caption "Become Failed, Divided States." The caption on the bottom features a quote by Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini: "The USA is the Great Satan."
The "Rationale" article
The first "Rationale" article defines an "adversary" of the group as "a low-grade American political class with left-wing globalist perceptions and intentions, spreading their tentacles around the world through global structures." The text asserts that the West is engaged in unethical population control methods, quoting mainly the "Kissinger Report" on population control.
In other articles, the authors introduce definitions and discuss instruments and tactics for facilitating the "collapse." The most quoted document, from which the authors draw inspiration, seems to be "Overextending and Unbalancing Russia" document published by RAND corporation.
Among other things, the lists of tactics that can be used to cause the U.S. to collapse includes: "to use, as far as possible, supranational institutions," "undercover work as a basis of activities," and "continuous monitoring of statistics and data gathering from various sources (not only open ones)."
Screenshot depicts key issues for successfully causing the U.S. to collapse.
Among the proposed methods, the authors cite a revolt in the military (which is considered as an unlikely option), stretching of economic and military resources, ethnic conflicts, undermining of sovereignty, managing unexpected events (probability of which is regarded as low), major geopolitical losses (which perceived as possible option), and finally, the capture of mental space and entryism, i.e., infiltrating higher education (the only highly likely option, says the article).
The table of proposed methods for causing the collapse of the U.S. and probability of their success.
In conclusion, the authors point out that considering limited options that Russia possesses and clear technological and technical superiority of the United States, the focus of subversive work should be primarily on the combination of low-risk tactics that can be feasibly accomplished.
The conclusion reads: "We hope that this work will help someone (not just the Russia) to understand that the hegemon [the U.S.] that brought so much pain into this world is, after all, mortal, and that defeating him, though very difficult, is still possible."
The conclusion paragraph summarizes the purpose of the document.
