On September 9, 2024, the United States Department of Justice announced that charged had been filed against Dallas Humber of Elk Grove, CA, and Matthew Allison of Boise, ID, who were alleged to be the leaders of an online collective of international neo-Nazis and accelerationists known as Terrorgram.[1] The pair were charged with the soliciatation of hate crimes, the solicitation of the murder of Federal officials, and conspiracy to materially support terrorists.

Terrorgram, also known as the Terrorgram Collective, was a collection of Telegram users and a network of Telegram channels which promoted accelerationist neo-Nazi ideology. The group advocated for a large scale race war, and promoted the idea that the best way to bring it about was through the use of mass violence, targeted assassinations, and the intentional proliferation of panic and discord.

The collective published numerous manuals for terrorism and online extremist activism, many of which promoted active violent revolution against the United States government and other Western nations. The MEMRI DTTM has reported extensively on the group since it's founding, and has provided in depth analysis of the publications of the collective and the online activity of it's members and affiliates.

The following report will highlight excerpts of the DTTM's coverage of Terrorgram over the last three years.
