Following the Supreme Court of the United States' ruling on June 29, 2023 in favor of Students for Fair Admissions in their case against Harvard University which effectively outlawed the use of race-based affirmative action policies in university admissions, and its ruling on June 30 in the case of 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, which affirmed the legality of businesses to refuse service on the basis of gender or sexuality, the decisions sparked varied responses online, including support among certain white supremacist, neo-Nazi, and antigovernment groups, who celebrated the rulings, interpreting them as a victory for their cause. Some extremists view the rulings as a turning point for the white nationalist movement, and as evidence that their movement and its ideology are gaining momentum with the mainstream audience.
White supremacist news platform posted an article outlining the recent supreme court rulings.
The following report highlights reactions to the court's decisions from extremists.

White Supremacists And Neo-Nazis Around The World React To Supreme Court Rulings
A neo-Nazi posted a reaction to the Supreme Court rulings writing: "The Roberts decision on affirmative action states specifically that while a college cannot discriminate on race, they can discriminate on the basis of complaints about racism. He didn't have to say that to strike down the Harvard admissions process. He could have simply forbidden discriminating on race, without providing them with a roadmap to make matters worse, which will predictably be the outcome of what he has said…You know the outcome. The spoiled lying mongrel goes to Harvard, becomes a lawyer, if not a congressman. He abuses the legal system throughout his career, with the ultimate aim of divvying up the spoils between the members of his convenient anti-White alliance."
A neo-Nazi account posted on June 29 a link to a video about the ruling with the caption: "N**gers and jews are seething right now."
Another neo-Nazi social media account posted on June 29 a link to an article about the ruling, with the caption: "This is a great step for White Americans, especially White American men that have been heavily discriminated against in college admissions!"
An antisemitic social media user posted on June 30 a message in response to the affirmative action ruling: "Jews are gonna jew until they are gone from every position of control. They are not unlike termites that slowly infiltrate a house until it's structure is compromised and finally destroyed."
On June 30, a white supremacist user posted a message: "Affirmative action is not gone. N**gers will still go to school with Whites. It is illegal to create an all White school. Desegregation and racial integration are still in effect. Christians haven't done a damn thing to fight against integration. They won't even mention the word."
