On May 30, 2024, the media arm of Islamic State Pakistan Province, Nashir Pakistan, released a poster threatening lone wolf attacks on Americans. The poster came as the latest in a series of posters which have threatened the T20 Cricket World Cup in Long Island, New York, which will be held from June 3 – 12, 2024.

"Nothing Is More Tastier To Us Than Drinking Your Blood To Quench Our Avenging Thirst"

The poster was published on the outlet's Facebook page in Urdu- and English-language versions.[1] Titled "An Open Letter to Americans," it featured depictions of a lone wolf operative, an explosive device, and American soldiers and crowds of civilians in flames.

The poster's text blustered against U.S. support for Israel and pledged to enact revenge on all Americans via lone wolf attacks. Its text read in full:

"O Infidels! You have failed to stop your filthy leadership from shedding the blood of Muslims in Palestine, Syria and elsewhere. Your worthless leaders have reiterated from time to time that the blood bath ongoing in Gaza is not a genocide and they openly shamelessly support it with no regret.

"SO HEAR US OUT 'NOTHING IS MORE TASTIER TO US THAN DRINKING YOUR BLOOD TO QUENCH OUR AVENGING THIRST'

"Indeed your blood in our eyes is much worse than the blood of a rabid dog, thus we will spare no one and bring the wrath on you by our own hands. For you know very well we are people of action and not mere words. We love death more than you love your worthless lives, our martyrdom seekers live amongst you like silent hunters waiting to pounce on you when you are most gullible and foolish. So where ever you are, your common folk and your forces, alone or in a gathering will be our target. For indeed we wish to send you to hell in great numbers which you will never be able to comprehend!"
