The cover article in the latest issue of Voice of Khurasan, the English-language magazine of the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP), accuses Saudi rulers, especially Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, of diverting Saudi Muslims away from the path of Allah and jihad by launching unworkable mega-projects like Neom City.
The article, "Neo-Reformist Or Ataturk Of Al-Salul," says Al-Salul Tawagheet ("Saudi tyrant rulers") are also planning to permanently settle Jews and Christians in the Arabian Peninsula, from which Prophet Muhammad expelled these non-Muslims.
"It is a well-known fact that they want to pave the way for the complete occupation of Arabian Peninsula by Zio-Crusaderists alliance, let alone merely allowing infidels in this blessed peninsula of Prophet Muhammad," it observes.
The article appears in Issue 26 of Voice of Khurasan, which is dated Dhu Al-Hijjah 1444 in the Hijri calendar, which is the lunar month ending July 18, 2023. The Voice of Khurasan is published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS).

"The Quran Mentions The Animosity Of Disbelievers Toward The Muslims In Several Verses"; "[The Quran Says] O You Who Have Believed, Do Not Take Jews And Christians As Your Allies"
"There is no doubt that history repeats itself. So the new traitors are also betraying the Ummah in the same way the former traitors betrayed. And this chapter of repetition of history also witnesses the use of the same old terminologies for misguiding and betraying the Islamic Ummah: reformists, liberal, utopian, and so on. All these terms are normally used by the infidels when they want to put forward a fake hero in front of the Muslims to follow. And this is the same old policy of the worshippers of devil to portray the real savage as the savior.
"Hence, common gullible Muslims never resort to the use of intellect while they view the enemies of Allah appearing before them as extra philanthropist regarding the matters of the Muslims. Hence, they often forget this rule of thumb: 'O you who have believed, do not take Jews and Christians as your allies. They are allies to one another. Whoever does so will be counted as one of them!' – (Al-Ma'idah: 51).
"The Quran mentions the animosity of disbelievers toward the Muslims in several verses. One of such is: 'O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you (any) ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason' – (An-Nisa: 118).
"These aforementioned verses warn the believers against taking disbelievers as close friends or allies, because they will not hesitate to cause harm to Muslims. Quranic verses testify that the disbelievers harbor hatred toward the believers, which is manifested in their words and actions.
"Through these verses the almighty [Allah] emphasizes the importance of using reason and understanding the signs that Allah has made clear in order to protect oneself from the harm of the disbelievers. This is the rule of thumb evident from Quran. This is the boundary set by the Lord of worlds for the preservation of the dunya [material world] and the Hereafter of those who believed in Allah and the Last Day. And whenever Muslims tried to cross this limit and indulge in the poisonous friendship with the disbelievers, they ended up in nothing but ruins."
"Throughout All Ages In The Islamic History, The Ignorant Muslims Were Lured Into These Traps Of Social Reformation, Development, Progressiveness, And Other Sweet Venoms At The Cost Of The Religion Of The Muslims"
"However, throughout all ages in the Islamic history, the ignorant Muslims were lured into these traps of social reformation, development, progressiveness, and other sweet venoms at the cost of the religion of the Muslims. And the polytheists of Quraish also attempted to lure Prophet Muhammad into progressiveness and social reformation in the name of interfaith dialogue, or intra-religion harmony which is a blatant disbelief itself. Allah the exalted never allows the mixture of Tayyib [good] with Khabis [filthy], or monotheism with polytheism, no matter that comes as a by-product of so-called social reformation, progress, or development.
"Being believers, we have to understand very well that progress is only ensured when religion is established, as this divine religion Islam is the standard operating procedure revealed by the Allah for the benefit and progress of humanity. So, whatever the blueprint of progress or reformation the disbelievers put forward pretending to be the well-wishers of the Muslims is aimed at nothing but ruining their dunya and Akhirah [Hereafter].
"And in this same sequence, the Peninsula of Muhammad is marking the same old propaganda of social reformation at the hand of Taghut Al-Salul [tyrant Saudi rulers], while Taghut Muhammad bin Salman is trying hard to portray himself as a socio-economic reformist by undertaking some over ambitious sci-fi projects in the barren deserts of Arabian Peninsula.
"He – on behalf of the Crusaders – is portraying himself as a well-wisher of the people and has been trying to bypass revenue from oil production and invest them in so-called sustainable projects, as he has upheld the so-called 'Vision 2030.' He wants to make a Paradise for the disbelievers in the Arabian Peninsula, while it is a clear commandment of the Messenger of Allah [Muhammad] to simply expel the disbelievers from Arabian Peninsula."
"Muhammad Bin Salman... Shamelessly Advanced Several Steps Further In Making Worldly Heaven For The Infidels In This Blessed Land Under The Pretext Of Socio-Economic Development"
"Although it is an old habit of the Taghut Al-Salul to allow not only common infidels, but also military infidels in Arabian Peninsula under the pretext of establishment of security and peace, this time Muhammad bin Salman, the de-facto ruler of Saudi Tawagheet [tyrants], shamelessly advanced several steps further in making worldly heaven for the infidels in this blessed land under the pretext of socio-economic development.
"He is – as if – playing the same role of murtad [apostate] Kemal Ataturk in Turkey a century ago. Step by step, they are making people more accustomed to luxuries and endless downfall of accumulation of worldly things. But these puppets of the West never dare to directly expose their evil intention to contaminate the deen [religion] of the Muslims in Arabian Peninsula. Rather, they use different pretexts at different times according to the necessity of time.
"This time, Taghut Muhammad bin Salman has been trying to intimidate the comfort-loving Muslims in Arabian Peninsula that their comfort and luxuries might be greatly threatened and disturbed if they become too dependent on the economy based on oil production, which is not sustainable in their views.
"Ironically, they emphasize too much on sustainable benefits of the such an ephemeral world which is not sustainable itself. That is why our Lord compared those deprived of faith with dumb, deaf, and blind. This is the same luxury and comfort-loving disease by which the infidels in the past weakened Abbasid Caliphate [750-1258 CE] and other Islamic Sultanates.
"Therefore, now the common of Muslims of Arabian Peninsula have warmly welcomed the idea of investment in the so-called sustainable megaprojects apart from oil revenue which is a blessing for them from Allah so that they might be thankful to him and act upon his commandment.
"They don't even know that they actually have fallen into traps of Tawagheet of Al-Salul who have been trying hard to draw the Muslims further away from Islam by not only allowing Jews and Christians safe passages into this blessed land (ironically, not for the sake of Dawah), but also they have been plotting to give the infidels permanent residency in the Peninsula of Muhammad in the name of socio-economic reformation through multi-billion dollar mega projects."
"Saudi Tawagheet Are Trying Hard To Please Their Infidel Masters, And At The Same Time, They Are Trying To Keep The Ummah Further Away From The Concept Of Jihad And Shari'a Of Allah Through Multi-Billion Dollars Smart Cities"
"One of such projects is the Neom project. Neom is not an Arabic term originally. It is a hybrid term derived from both Greek and Arabic terminologies. And Taghut Muhammad bin Salman interprets this term as New Future, as if he is outrageously deciding upon the future of the Muslims in the Peninsula of Muhammad.
"However, Neom is a 500-billion dollars mega project. Saudi authority wants to make a smart city powered by renewable energy and green hydrogen. Robotic avatars, holograms, and flying taxis, the Saudi Tawagheet push ahead with their over-ambitious sci-fi vision. Neom city is planned to be developed as a 'Zero Gravity Urbanism' vertical city with no roads, only flying taxies and highspeed rails.
"The Al-Salul Tawagheet plan to accommodate 9 million population in this so-called smart city. Located near the coastline of Red Sea through which 13% of the global trade passes, Neom is planned to become a global trade center housing not only industries but also celebrates of entertainment industries.
"In short, they want to make a desert version of Las Vegas and Arab version of European Renaissance of disbelief. And Saudi Tawagheet are trying hard to please their infidel masters, and at the same time, they are trying to keep the Ummah further away from the concept of jihad and shari'a of Allah through multi-billion dollars smart cities."
"Such Over Ambitious Projects Are An Epitome Of Vandalizing Muslims' Wealth For Extinguishing The Light Of Allah, And Making Muslims Indifferent To Their Obligation Of Jihad"
"And such over ambitious projects are an epitome of vandalizing Muslims' wealth for extinguishing the Light of Allah, and making Muslims indifferent to their obligation of jihad. And this is how they are paving the way for the Dajjali[2] 'One World Order' on behalf of the Crusaders.
"However, such projects possess their fair share of skepticism as far as feasibility is concerned. 'The concept has evolved so much since it was first conceived that it is sometimes difficult to determine its direction,' said Robert Mogielnicki of the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington.

"So, for materializing such a plot of deviating Muslim masses and intoxicating them with sleeping pill, they need to fabricate such a cock and bull story of Neom project as well as other so-called futuristic projects which can hardly be materialized in the long run.
"This is how the Zio-Crusaderists alliance is promoting Taghut Muhammad bin Salman Al-Salul as a so-called reformer, portraying Taghut Kamal Ataturk of Turkey. But just as all the betrayers purporting to be reformists ultimately found their way in the trash bin of history, the Taghut Muhammad bin Salman Al-Salul will be remembered by the Islamic Ummah as an imposter trying hard and spending trillions to hypnotize Muslims for averting them from the way of Allah, bi'dhnillah [with the permission of Allah].
"And the worldly heaven he is trying to build for his infidel masters will share no different fate than the state of the art (of that time) infrastructure constructed by Aad and Thamud, but this time their sci-fi cities as weak as spider's web will not be subjected to natural calamity; rather they will be subjected to the wrath of the soldiers of Allah even before their completion, bi'dhnillah.
"So, it is an advice for these over-ambitious imprudent Tawagheet that they should ponder over the following verse of Allah: 'Indeed, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to avert (people) from the way of Allah. So, they will spend it; then it will be for them a (source of) regret. Then they will be overcome. And those who have disbelieved- unto hell they will be gathered' – (Al- Anfal: 36)."
