The cover article in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), argues that despite the West's claims that the Islamic State (ISIS) has been defeated, it has fighters in various in Europe, America, and Asia.
"This is the promise of Allah to the true believers that he will grant them victory over falsehood and will establish them with power on the earth. Even though they may face trials, tests, and sometimes the dominance of disbelievers, this army of believers is indomitable, and the ultimate outcome belongs to these pious believers," it states.
The article, titled " The Islamic State Has Been Defeated!" appears in Issue 40 of the magazine, which is dated Rabi-us-Saani 1446, in the Hijri calendar, which corresponds with the lunar month beginning October 4, 2024.[i] The Voice of Khurasan is brought out by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the ISKP that defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS).

"The Banners Of Disbelief Were Torn Down From The Arabian Peninsula, The Empires Of Persia And Rome Fell To Their Knees, And The Soldiers Of Islam Reached The Gates Of Europe And India, Beginning Their Reign In Andalusia And Delhi"
"If we look back at the early days of Islamic history, we will see how much the disbelievers talked against Muhammad and his Companions. They used every kind of trick to defeat them and spared no effort in this regard. Some would proclaim that they were coming to destroy the Islamic state established in Medina; others would say that Muhammad and his Companions would serve as a lesson for the Arabs; and some claimed they had besieged them entirely, leaving no way for escape.
"However, Muhammad and his Companions said: This is Allah's promise and the promise of his Messenger to us! As Allah almighty says: 'And when the believers saw the confederates, they said, This is what Allah and his Messenger had promised us. And Allah and his Messenger spoke the truth. And it only increased them in faith and acceptance' – (Al-Ahzab).
"When the true believers saw the attackers, they said, 'This is exactly what Allah and his Messenger had promised us, and the words of Allah and his Messenger were absolutely true.' This event only increased their faith and submission. They would receive the good news that:
'Soon the coalition will be defeated, and they will turn their backs in retreat' – (Al-Qamar).
"In the same way the hopes of all disbelievers and false believers were drowned in the sea, they turned their backs and fled, while the believers repeatedly triumphed over them, to the point that the banners of disbelief were torn down from the Arabian Peninsula, the empires of Persia and Rome fell to their knees, and the soldiers of Islam reached the gates of Europe and India, beginning their reign in Andalusia [Spain/Portugal] and Delhi.
"Indeed! This is the promise of Allah to the true believers that he will grant them victory over falsehood and will establish them with power on the earth. Even though they may face trials, tests, and sometimes the dominance of disbelievers, this army of believers is indomitable, and the ultimate outcome belongs to these pious believers."
"After Centuries, Once Again, The Descendants Of The Companions Are Following In Their Footsteps; They Declared The Islamic State, Established The Shari'a And Enforced Its Limits, Demolished Both National And Illegitimate Borders..."
"After centuries, once again, the descendants of the Companions are following in their footsteps. They declared the Islamic State, established the shari'a and enforced its [criminal law] limits, demolished both national and illegitimate borders, eliminated tyrannical laws, and rallied the armies of Islam under one banner and one Imam from the Philippines to Somalia.
"On the other hand, the descendants of Abu Jahl, Amiah bin Khalaf, and the idolaters of Mecca are still making the same claims as their ancestors, saying: 'We will defeat the Islamic State! We will eliminate it, kill its warriors, and cleanse these lands!' They make dozens and hundreds of threats and gestures, but like their forefathers, they will vanish from the face of the earth, and Islam, the children of Islam, and the warriors of Islam will always prevail, by the permission of Allah.
"Consider how many coalitions have been formed against the Caliphate since the day the Islamic State was declared in contemporary history, and how many treaties, conferences, meetings, alliances, and gatherings have taken place against it? How many local forces, militias, mercenaries, and puppets have been recruited against it? How much power, force, noise, and strength have been employed against it?
"How many media and propaganda fronts are actively defaming it and attaching to it every kind of accusation and lie? And how many tactics and deceptions have the disbelievers employed against it? But to what avail? All praise is due to Allah, it has been ten years, and yet, the seedlings of the Islamic Caliphate continue to flourish day by day, bearing fruit, expanding their branches, and strengthening their roots."
"A Global Coalition Was Formed Against It, Led By America And Including 87 Countries Such As Afghanistan And Pakistan; They Launched Cruise Missiles, Executed Bombings, Shelled With Artillery, And Targeted Every House, Tree, Mountain, Valley"
"You have seen that a global coalition was formed against it, led by America and including 87 countries such as Afghanistan and Pakistan. They launched cruise missiles, executed bombings, shelled with artillery, and targeted every house, tree, mountain, valley, canyon, village, and city with drones and jets, using every kind of weapon, including the 'Mother of All Bombs,' chemical bombs, white phosphorus, and more. Then they began their announcements, declaring: 'ISIS (Islamic State) has been defeated!'
"They celebrated, proclaiming that they had cleansed the world of the fighters of the Islamic State. But they did not know that these are the descendants of the Companions and followers of the path of Tawheed [Islamic monotheism]. Their defeat is not a matter of the power of the forces of this world, for they are accompanied by that Great Being [Allah] who is all-powerful.

"The State that the disbelieving factions attempted to bury in Iraq now has fighters in the streets, roads, and pathways of Europe, America, Iran, India, China, Russia, Britain, France, Israel, and Switzerland, hunting down Crusaders, Jews, Magians, Hindus, Rafidhis [rejectionist, a pejorative term for Shi'ite], and atheists, and now the disbelievers are being killed in their own cities."
"Yes! Previously, the disbelievers would only find comfort in the empty announcements of the 'defeat' of the Islamic State in Iraq, but now they sing the news of the defeat of the Islamic State in Iraq and the next day in Sham! One day, the tyrannical media in Africa will have headlines with 'the defeat of the Islamic State,' and another day, it is in Afghanistan!
"One day, the Egyptian tyrant boasts that they have defeated the Islamic State, and the next day, the Yemeni tyrant rejoices. But the truth is that this is the army of Allah, and it will remain until the Day of Resurrection, and these disbelieving, Crusader, Jewish, Magian, Rafidhi, and polytheist factions will each be defeated one by one, and the warriors of the Islamic State will prevail over them, by the will of Allah the Almighty.
"The Taliban militia, loyal to the Cross, ruling in Afghanistan, is also following the path of their tyrannical masters. Every morning, they rise, and their first news to the media is that 'ISIS has been defeated!' But before evening falls, the warriors of the Islamic State have overwhelmed them, washing away all their efforts in the sea of defeat.
"In this action, the Taliban militia is somewhat ahead of other tyrants because the other tyrants only make announcements, while the Taliban militia has been so humiliated that they are compelled to present their working report of the fight against the Islamic State to the Crusaders."
"Many Taliban Officials Must Present Their Working Reports To The CIA, The International Community, And The Global Coalition In Doha, And In All These Places, They Reassure All The Great And Small Tyrants Of The World With The Same Message: 'ISIS Has Been Defeated, ISIS Does Not Exist, ISIS Has Been Crushed..."
"Thus, they face two burdens: One day, they create a ruckus in the media proclaiming that 'ISIS has been defeated,' and the next day, they are in Antalya, Turkey, or Norway, sometimes slinking to Moscow and other times to Tashkent and Islamabad.
"Many Taliban officials must present their working reports to the CIA, the international community, and the global coalition in Doha, and in all these places, they reassure all the great and small tyrants of the world with the same message: 'ISIS has been defeated, ISIS does not exist, ISIS has been crushed, ISIS has no place to stand, ISIS is this, and ISIS is that.'
"The Taliban militia, which holds a global record in deceit, baseless arrogance, treachery, and lies, is afflicted by these ailments from the governor to the police chief and from the minister to the hired hands, and now all are aware of this. Every leader of theirs is viewed as a liar, as they indulge in entertainment with immodest women and engage in selfies, all while claiming to be serious in their efforts. Their words today are clearly in contradiction with tomorrow's statements.

"One day, they claim that ISIS has only eighty members left, yet they still parrot the narrative that the lions of the Islamic State of Khurasan [ISKP] are drawing blood from the Magians of Iran right here in Afghanistan, thus closing their eyes to reality and changing their narrative. However, the army of the Islamic State is growing stronger every day everywhere, especially in Khurasan, as they strengthen their arms and increasingly gain the capability to avenge all the atrocities committed against Muslims by all the disbelievers and their puppets in the Islamic world.
"The mercenary militias of the disbelieving coalition and, in general, all the false believers periodically raise their voices to show their sponsors that they are effectively carrying out their assigned mission of killing the believers, and in return for this mission, they expect to receive all the privileges promised to them, such as official recognition, dollars, embassies, removal from blacklists, and banking systems as agreed upon in Doha and other accords.
"However, these militias should understand that, like other false believers in history, they will be led to despair, annihilation, and eradication, and all their plots, tricks, schemes, and malicious plans will be rendered useless as they employ them in this struggle, (They devised their plot, and Allah devised His own, and Allah is the best of planners). Allah willing. The coming days will bring forth that which the Taliban militias and their masters have long feared while they give themselves And. Their dollar-paying crusader Overlords false reassurances that the Islamic state is coming to an end in their imaginations."
