On November 17, 2015, the Islamic State's Al-Furat media company released a video in French titled "Fight Them; With Your Hands Allah Will Punish Them," which threatens more attacks on France in response to this country's involvement in the anti-ISIS coalition.

The 9-minute video features four French-speaking ISIS fighters who praise and justify the November 13 terror attacks in Paris, two of whom appear with their faces visible. The longest part of the video is dedicated to one of these, who gives in interview while seated in a mosque.
The following are excerpts from the video, which was released on November 17, 2015 via a pro-ISIS French-language Twitter account:[1]
The first fighter, who appears with his face unmasked, says:
"… Takbir! (crowd answers: Allah Akbar). Allah the most high terrorized the hearts of the unbelievers. He terrorized them, he put fear into the heart of France in Paris itself."

The second fighter's face is not shown; only his voice is heard. He says:
"You [France] killed Muslims in Algeria, you killed Muslims in Afghanistan [and] Mali, and now, Allah be praised, the Islamic state came to avenge the Muslims."
The third fighter is interviewed in a mosque with his face uncovered. The following is the text of the interview:
Q: "How do you feel about the blessed operations that took place in France?"
A: "Allah be praised, Allah has once again granted us a good victory. Allah be praised, he facilitated the brothers' operations. This is more proof for these enemies of Allah. They still believe they can insult the Muslims, attack Islam. Inshallah, this is further proof that Allah is powerful [and] wise, and by Allah's grace, it eases our hearts to know that many unbelievers were killed, just as Bashar [Al-Assad] and as these Tawaghit [tyrants] kill Muslims here in Syria and everywhere in lands of jihad."
Q: "How do you respond to the French who say we have killed innocent people?"
A: "I send them this message: You attack us and we will attack you [just] as you attack us. That's all. It's that simple. You bomb us and do not expect any reaction, but by Allah, we reacted... We too have picked up [the bodies of] Muslims, innocent people who were bombed in their homes, in markets ... We have picked up shredded bodies, and you believe that this is not going to happen to you? Of course it will happen to you.
Know that Islam is not only peace, it is also war. And just like any other state, when we are attacked, when we are threatened with attacks, we attack. That's all. Don't believe that Muslims are weak, docile. We are not docile. And as long as you are bombing us, we will come to you and attack you with the means that we have…"
Q: "Do you have a message for Muslims who are still in France?"
A: "Yes. First of all, know that we love you very much in Allah. We know you will face verbal and physical abuse [because of the attacks], [and] it will not be easy. But also know that we put ourselves in your shoes [and sympathize with you]. So you must wait. Allah loves the patient. And the Ummah is one body. If a body falls ill, as our Prophet said, if one limb [in the body] falls ill, the whole body falls ill. So we are with you. Be patient... "

The fourth fighter, who appears with his face masked, says:
"Alhamdulillah, Allah has given us the great pleasure and delight of seeing these unbelievers suffer just as we suffer here... of seeing their loved ones die just as we see our loved ones die. And we say to the unbelievers that all this is only the result of their own strikes. We also say to the unbelievers that this is the result of the prayers of our widows, our children, our families. Search your memory [and recall] Mohammed Merah [who carried out the Toulouse and Montauban shootings in 2012] and Amedy Coulibaly [who carried out the shooting at the kosher supermarket in Paris in January 2015]. This time, eight brothers together committed attacks on your soil. And know that, as long as you continue to hit us in our land, in the land of Muslims, we will continue to hit you at home, in the heart of your capital. And know one more thing: As long as we Muslims are not safe in our lands, it will be exactly the same for you. We thank Allah for these blessed bombings, these blessed operations, and we are praying for those brothers to be accepted among the martyrs."
