On November 19, 2015, the media office of the Islamic State (ISIS) in Dijalah province released a six-minute video in which two ISIS fighters salute the terrorists who killed over 120 people in the November 13 Paris attacks, threaten more attacks, and vow to blow up the White House.

In the video, titled "Paris Before Rome" and released via the ISIS-affiliated jihadi forum Shumoukh Al-Islam, one speaker threatened U.S. President Barack Obama, his French counterpart Francois Hollande, and those like them, saying that ISIS will carry out more attacks like the Paris ones. "We will roast you, Allah willing, with explosive belts and car bombs, we will go after them wherever they go and we will lead them like dogs, like slaves," he said.
The second speaker said, addressing France: "With Allah's permission, we will destroy your palaces; with Allah's permission, you will not prosper and you will not live long. We have started with you, and we shall finish with the false White House which we will render black with our fire. In fact, we will destroy it like we destroyed the false idols in this blessed land. Oh crusaders everywhere, be aware that you are under threat, and that Allah the Almighty has ordered us to fight you."
Since the November 13 Paris attacks, ISIS has released several videos[i] praising the attackers and promising more attacks. Likewise, ISIS supporters on social media have launched a number of hashtags and posted hundreds of tweets expressing joy and circulating ISIS vides and statements.
