In a Pashtu-language documentary released on the Afghan Taliban's three years in power, the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP) criticizes the Taliban rulers' governance, issues 37 charges against the Taliban, accusing them of violating the shari'a, taking aid from non-Muslim countries, and oppressing the Afghan people by collecting excessive taxes, among other things.

The 55-minute documentary, titled "The Three-Year Achievements Of The Apostate Taliban," is produced by The Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS). The documentary contrasts clips from speeches in which Taliban leaders make promises, announcements and statements, with Taliban's actual policies and how they differ from shari'a.

The documentary, which was released on the occasion of the third anniversary of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's (IEA, i.e., the Afghan Taliban) coming to power, concludes by warning that the Taliban will not reach their fourth anniversary in power.

In the documentary, ISKP accuses the Taliban of receiving aid from unbelievers  during the past three years, including millions of dollars from the World Bank's "usurious system," and not considering the interests of Muslims in policymaking and foreign affairs. The video accuses the Taliban of maintaining relations with the Chinese despite knowing that China suppresses Uyghur Muslims in East Turkestan (Xinjiang province).

The video lists 37 actions of the Taliban which it presents as un-Islamic. "The first achievement is that [the Taliban] took the government of Kabul in exchange for their faith and began to protect the Americans with whom they had fought for 20 years," it says.

"In 2021, these Americans took thousands of Afghans with them for another mission [later in Afghanistan], but the Taliban allowed them. The Taliban were watching when U.S. forces took Afghan women and girls on the airplanes," it adds.

Referring to the suicide attack by ISKP member Abdul Rahman Logari on the Kabul airport during the departure of the Americans in 2021, the commentator in the video says that the blood of the Taliban and the Americans were mixed in that heroic attack.

"The second 'achievement' was that the Taliban implemented the law of former king Zahir Shah's era," the narrator says. The former king Zahir Shah is declared an apostate in the video.

The video was shared on a Telegram channel operated by Al-Azaim Media Foundation.

Listing other un-Islamic actions by the Taliban, the ISKP video goes on: "After the Taliban took power, the head of U.S. intelligence, William Burns, made a secret trip to Kabul, met with Mullah Baradar, and supported the Taliban in the fight against the Islamic State."

"The fourth achievement is that the Taliban facilitated the opening of the embassies of Crusader countries in Kabul and assured them of security" despite the Crusader countries being busy killing Muslims in the rest of the world.

"The fifth achievement is that they called the issue of Uyghur Muslims a Chinese internal matter, and by supporting the One China policy, they attracted the support of unbelievers like China. They became friends with China, and the deals they made with unbeliever China are [the Taliban's] economic achievements" which the Taliban call a victory.

"The sixth achievement is that they worked in the official framework to popularize the faith of the Sufis and invested in spreading Sufi myths.

"The seventh achievement is that they made all the unbeliever countries, including the American and European nations, as well as the United Nations, their friends. Now, the Taliban are continuously reporting, reassuring, and guaranteeing the war against the Islamic State to the international community, the United Nations and others.

"The eighth achievement is that Taliban receives $32-million, $40-million, and $87-million packages in the name of war against terrorism and humanitarian aid.

"The ninth achievement is their friendship with the Shi'ite apostates, which protects them and promotes their [Shia] beliefs.

"The tenth achievement is that they accepted the authority of the United Nations, adhered to their Charter, and fulfilled all the conditions for joining the nation of unbelief.

"The 11th is the relationship with all the unbelievers because now the apostate Taliban are saddened by the grief of all the apostate polytheists of the world, including the Americans, Russians, and the Chinese, and condemn attacks on them.

"The 12th achievement is standing side by side with America in the war against terrorism. The Taliban also consider it a big advantage that they are now members of the coalition of unbelief.

"The 13th achievement is that they killed the enemies of Sufism and monotheists, close their madrassas, and expel them from their homes.

"The 14th achievement is that they joined the Iranian Rafidhi regime's Axis of Resistance.

"The 15th achievement is that they are bringing foreign diplomats and spies to Afghanistan in the name of tourism, providing them with all kinds of facilities. They are allowed to drink and dance in Afghanistan.

"The 16th achievement is that they have acquired full skills in collecting illegal taxes and robbing people through customs. They have made progress in this area, and in a short time they collected a lot of taxes from the people.

"The 17th achievement is that they have convinced their subordinates to accept what Allah has made halal [lawful] for them as haram [unlawful] and what is forbidden for them as permissible. Trafficking and trading in poppy and drugs is an obvious example. Or, yesterday they called the tax haram and today they consider it halal.

"The 18th achievement is that they have attracted cooperation from international forces in training and equipping their soldiers.

"The 19th achievement is that they have implemented the principles and rules of the republic for three years and made people accept them as an Islamic system. They did not execute the punishments prescribed by Allah, nor did they cut off the hand of the thief, nor stone the adulterer.

"Their 20th achievement is that they change the punishments prescribed by Allah, and accept them as lawful.

"The 21st achievement is that there is still a forbidden usury system continuing in the banks.

"The 22nd achievement is that they take their decisions to international courts and not to Islamic shari'a.

"The 23rd achievement is that along with Western culture, they imitate other traditions of unbelievers, such as standing to pay respect to the national anthem of shirk [idolatrous] Iran and so on.

"The 24th achievement was to abandon jihad, consider it forbidden, and receive millions of dollars from the unbelievers in exchange for suspending it, and refraining from this duty and establishing relations with unbelievers.

"The 25th achievement mocks shari'a rules [by implementing discretionary rules].

"The 26th achievement is selling [Al-Qaeda leader Ayman] Al-Zawahiri and proving themselves loyal to America.

"The 27th achievement is spying on the mujahideen in Iran and Pakistan and attracting the help of non-Muslims.

"The 28th achievement is to interact with the religious minorities on the basis of nationalism and leave the rule of shari'a in place.

"The 29th achievement is participating in the national days with apostate countries, congratulating them on the success of their elections, and so on.

"The 30th achievement is participation in the conferences organized by the Crusaders for the purpose of enmity with Islam."

"The 31st achievement is to hold secret and open meetings with unbeliever countries against the Islamic State [ISIS].

"The 32nd achievement is to treat the refugees according to international unbeliever laws instead of shari'a.

"The 33rd achievement is the opening of embassies in non-Muslim countries.

"The 34th achievement is receiving praise from the unbelievers in the war against the Islamic State.

"The 35th achievement is to invite the international community to fight the Islamic State.

"The 36th achievement is that they have turned the Islamic Emirate into a national organization that does not have anything to do with anyone outside the international borders.

"The 37th achievement is building houses, buying land, doing three or four marriages, which is one of the major achievements."

In each part of the video, the statements of Taliban leaders and their declarations, meetings with foreigners, statements of leaders of other countries, their views about the Taliban, etc., are presented as proof of their claim.

At the end of the video, the ISKP says that these achievements have brought them closer to the unbelievers, and their defeat has also come closer, and Allah willing, they will not complete their fourth year in power, but will instead flee as the officials of the republican government fled.
