On August 14, 2024, an Al-Qaeda follower on the Al-Qaeda-operated Rocket chat server posted the 6th issue of "Inspire The Believers," the pro-Al-Qaeda magazine.

The publication featured three posters inciting violence and rebellion against Arab and Muslim leadership, encouraging lone wolf attacks against pro-Israel protesters, and celebrating Al-Qaeda operatives imprisoned in Guantanamo.

Condemning Muslims Leaders For 'Colluding' Against Gaza

One poster in the magazine featured photos of Arab and Muslim leaders being depicted as trampled underfoot. These included Saudi Prime Minister and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Jordan's King Abdullah II, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Egypt's Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

Along with the images, the poster included poem-like text, in which the four leaders were condemned for allegedly betraying the Palestinian cause by "colluding" with Israel against the Gazans and besieging children by closing Gaza's border crossings.

Describing them as the real enemies of Gazans and Muslims, the poster called the leaders "cold-hearted." It said: "The Sultan's family has sold the cases, the disbelievers have men and slaves, ask who besieged the children inside you. Is there a difference between his heart and the rock[?] The hearts of our leaders are the enemies and will not soften whether in Najd or in Egypt."

The poster further singled out Egypt's El-Sisi, likening him to a "slave" to Israel's demands. The poem concluded by inciting vengeance and rebellion against the four leaders, saying they should be 'slaughtered' in the name of Islam.

"The Pharaohs came after an era, humiliating the sons of Arabism by enslaving themselves. You colluded with the enemies against us. Beheading you in the name of religion is a right."

Inciting Violence Against Pro-Israeli Protesters

In another incendiary message, the second poster depicted a pro-Israel rally with what appears to be a lone wolf attacker carrying a duffle bag. The protesters stand before a large screen depicting a fiery explosion.

With an arrow pointing to the bag, presumably holding an explosive device, the text read: "Treatment for the Zionists' headaches."

Celebrating Al-Qaeda Operatives

The third poster celebrated 13 Al-Qaeda operatives being held in Guantanamo by depicting their photos behind barbed wire, with a title smeared in blood: "The Lions of Guantanamo."

Among the fighters shown were three terrorists involved in the 9/11 attacks: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa Al Hawsani.
