The Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC), a coalition of Sunni Barelvi groups in Pakistan, has issued a fatwa (Islamic decree) stating that resumption of the passage of NATO supplies through Pakistani territory will be un-Islamic and tantamount to Pakistan's participation in the war against Muslims in Afghanistan.
