On June 19, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media group published a three-part video in Urdu and Arabic, with English subtitles, on its Telegram channel. The video meticulously describes how to make explosive vests "to kill an American or European infidel, especially the French haters; the Australian or the Canadian or any other infidel, citizens of the countries that have allied against the Islamic State."
In a two-minute video released June 13, 2019, a member of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Syria, discusses a May 28 clash with Russian Spetsnaz special forces in Khirbat Al-Naqous, northwest of Hamah. The fighter, whose face is digitally blurred, speaks in Arabic (subtitled in English). He claims that his group repelled the Russian attack, threatens that the mujahideen will "cut off the heads" of the Russian forces in Syria, and urges young Muslims to join the mujahideen on the front lines.
A recent statement published in Arabic, in the name of Ansar Al-Islam, an Al-Qaeda affiliate operating in Egypt, claims responsibility for an attack on the Egyptian Al-Qarun Petroleum company oil installation. It further warns Western oil companies that they must leave Egypt or cease their "destructive economic policies," lest their locations, installations, or foreign personnel be attacked.
On June 19, 2019, the Islamic State's (ISIS) Sinai Province released a six-minute video titled "And the [Best] Outcome is for the Righteous" (Quran 7:128).
On June 13, 2019, the Islamic State (ISIS) released the latest issue of its weekly newspaper Al-Naba' via its media arm and Telegram channel Nasher News. In the issue's editorial, ISIS condemned the Taliban for negotiating with the U.S. and accused the Taliban of misguiding jihadi groups and Islamic organizations and leading them to commit acts of apostasy.
On June 19, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media group released a poster in response to a May 26 article in the London-based Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, reporting on European efforts to prevent foreign jihadi fighters from returning to Europe via the Balkans.
On June 18, 2019, on its Telegram channel, the Syrian anti-regime media group described how to obtain American and Canadian phone numbers to create WhatsApp accounts.
Pro-ISIS Groups Publish Posters With Threats To Destroy White House, Behead Trump
On June 20, 2019, pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media groups on Telegram published posters that depict the White House in flames and that include threats to behead U.S. President Donald Trump.

On June 6, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media foundation posted on its Telegram account a 48-page manual for making homemade firearms.
On June 15, 2019, the Islamic State's (ISIS) West Africa Province released a five-minute video titled "And the [Best] Outcome is for the Righteous." The video promotes the recent ISIS narrative that the group is strong and growing in Africa despite its territorial losses in Iraq and Syria.
On June 15, 2019, the Islamic State (ISIS) claimed responsibility for a June 14 attack in southern Libya, inflicting 20 casualties in three days of clashes between its fighters and the Libyan National Army (LNA) led by Khalifa Haftar. According to a statement posted on ISIS's official Nasher News Telegram channel, "the Islamic State soldiers managed to kill and wound 20 elements of the 'Haftar' militias during the clashes that erupted with them three days ago in southern Libya."

A German-language Telegram channel was launched on June 18, 2019, to solicit donations for women and children in a IDP camp near Al-Hasakah, Syria.
Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Video Features Weapons-Handling Demonstration
On June 16, 2019, the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) released part two of a weapons-training video. The 10-minute Uyghur-language clip features a partially masked TIP fighter demonstrating the use of various weapons. The video includes a detailed description of the parts of one of the weapons used by TIP fighters.

On June 18, 2019, the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), an Uyghur jihadi group active in Syria, released a 44-second video showing the organization's snipers killing two Syrian soldiers on the frontline north of Hamah.
Afghan Taliban Statement Accuses U.S. Of Supporting ISIS In Afghanistan
In a June 13, 2019 press statement, Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the Taliban organization), rejected a statement by Marine Gen. Frank McKenzie, head of the U.S. Central Command, that the Islamic State (ISIS) is a major threat to Afghanistan.
