On April 4, 2023, jihadi Telegram channels and those linked to Iran-backed militias in Iraq shared posts commenting on the arraignment of the former U.S. President Donald Trump inside a New York courthouse.

Following the signing of the trilateral agreement between Iran, Saudi Arabia, and China on March 10, 2023 in Beijing, the Urdu-language website of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA, i.e., the Afghan Taliban) published two articles examining the ramifications of the restoration of Saudi-Iran relations.

On March 10, 2023, Saudi Arabia and Iran announced that they had reached an agreement on reviving relations between them, brokered by China.
On April 3, 2023, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, Alina L. Romanowski, tweeted that, together with other U.S. diplomats, she met with Iraqi tribal leaders over Iftar (Ramadan fast-breaking evening meal). The tweet, which did not identify the location of the meeting, featured a photo from the event hosted by the Shi'ite tribe of Al-Ezerj from southern Iraq.
On April 1-3, 2023, an Iran-backed Iraqi militia posted a series of messages on its Telegram channel in Arabic, English, and Hebrew, threatening the use of anti-aircraft Stinger missiles against "foreign armies" in Iraq and the surrounding region.
On March 28, 2023, Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain – the British affiliate of Hizb ut-Tahrir, a transnational Islamist network – published an article on Facebook blaming gun violence in the United States on a decline in religion and traditional values in the West.
On April 2, 2023, Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) claimed responsibility for two operations in the previous days, in each of which a civilian from a religious minority was killed. Both incidents took place in the city of Peshawar in northwest Pakistan, near the border with Afghanistan.
Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Media Group Releases Poster Threatening Attack in Kansas City, Missouri
On March 30, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media foundation released a poster on a pro-ISIS website threatening a lone-wolf attack in downtown Kansas City, Missouri.
On March 30, 2023, jihadi outlets reported that Lebanese authorities released a prominent Syrian-Lebanese jihadi figure who was sentenced to six years in prison in October 2014 for establishing a Lebanese affiliate of the Al-Qaeda-linked Syrian terrorist group Al-Nusra Front.
On April 1, 2023, a new channel was created on the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server.

In mid-March 2023, a new pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet emerged on Chirpwire, Rocket.Chat, and Telegram.
Al-Qaeda Affiliate GSIM Claims Attack In Southern Mali
On March 29, Al-Zalaqa, the official media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), claimed an attack on gendarme post in southern Mali two days prior.

Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Continues Commando-Style Attacks Against Syrian Forces
Over the past two weeks, Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham continued its inghimasi (commando-style) attacks against Syrian forces, following a trend that began months ago. HTS and pro-HTS media outlets have released new photographic materials documenting the attacks, and a map showing attack locations from the last five months.
On March 25, 2023, a journalist based in Syria's northwestern rebel-controlled Idlib region, reported that an Algerian member of a jihadi group had died in a prison of jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) in Idlib.
Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Releases Photos Of Fighters Performing Ramadan Rituals
Between March 31 and April 2, 2023, the Syrian branch of the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), a Uyghur jihadi group active in Afghanistan and Syria, released three photo sets documenting "good deeds in the month of Ramadan" performed by its fighters and their children.
On March 30, 2023, the Office of Al-Nujaba' Islamic Resistance Movement in Iran released a clip of the ambassador of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis) to Iran praising Iraqi factions of the Iran-led "axis of resistance" for their support of the Houthis in countering "aggression" against Yemen.
