On April 23, 2024, to mark 200 days of war between Israel and Hamas and additional Palestinian factions in Gaza, caused by Hamas perpetrating its Al-Aqsa Flood campaign from the Gaza Strip, the war media Telegram channels of Hizbullah, the Houthi Ansar Allah movement, and the Iran-backed militias in Iraq released an official joint summary of those organizations' operations against Israel in support of Gaza, perpetrated on "the assistance fronts" from Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq.
On April 16, 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a resolution condemning the popular pro-Palestinian chant, "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," as antisemitic.
On April 17, 2024, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published a one-page statement in Arabic praising the April 15 stabbing of Bishop Mar Mari Emmanuel at a church in Wakeley, in Sydney, Australia by a 15-year-old, and the April 10 stabbing in Bordeaux, France, in which one person was killed and another injured.
On April 18, 2024, the pro-Hizbullah Lebanese daily, Al-Akhbar, reported that the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) took a series of precautionary measures in anticipation of the possibility that Israel would strike back to retaliate for Iran's attack of April 14.
Hizbullah Brigades Militia Denies Resuming Attacks On U.S. Forces
On April 21, 2024, several rockets were fired at the Kharab Al-Jir base in northeastern Syria, which houses U.S. troops.

On April 21, 2024, a pro-ISIS media outlet released a statement claiming that "the infidel intelligence agencies" have established two new fake accounts, explaining that the agencies managed to take control of one of the outlet's Facebook accounts and used it to spread links to the fake accounts.

In a Pashtu-language video, the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP) criticized the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA, i.e., the Afghan Taliban) for developing diplomatic relations with India while ignoring crimes against Muslims in India.
