On April 10, 2023, a Syrian opposition website published an article claiming that unidentified individuals, believed to be members of Islamic State (ISIS) cells, carried out an attack with Molotov cocktails targeting the office of an NGO which provides support to ISIS female prisoners and children in Al-Hol and Roj internment camps, which are operated by the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
On April 4, pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram and Rocket.Chat channels posted inflammatory antisemitic comments following an Israeli raid on the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the same day.
A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet published on its Telegram chatbot a link to an English-language DYI guide on how to manufacture a remote bomb denotator using cell phones and two-way radios.

On April 7, 2023, " a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel, shared posts instructing the group operatives in Iraq to use mustard gas in attacks targeting Shi'ites.
On April 10, 2023, Al-Malahem, the media arm of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released photos that show the activities of the group fighters in Yemen. The photos, which were also incorporated into a video, promote the message of comradeship, suggesting that the group could be seeking potential recruits.
On April 10, 2023, Sham Al-Ribat, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Syria, Hurras Al-Din, released a three-page "Statement of Support for Our Brothers and Holy Sites in Occupied Palestine."

On April 10, 2023, Telegram channels linked to Iran-backed militias in Iraq reported that the U.S. base located in the Conoco natural gas field in the Syrian governorate of Deir Al-Zour was hit by multiple rockets.
On April 12, 2023, the Syrian opposition website Euphrates Post reported that the Syrian backed-IRGC 47th regiment militia received a shipment of missiles in the city of Al-Bukamal in eastern Deir Al-Zour.
On April 6, 2023, several Telegram channels affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq shared posts praising the rocket attacks against Israel and vowing that attacks will continue to include other areas in Israel beyond Galilee area.
