On November 29, 2023, the Al-Sahab Foundation, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Central Command, published a seven-page essay in Arabic.
In the aftermath of the December 2, 2023, stabbing attack in Paris, which killed one person and injured two, pro-ISIS Telegram channels continued to post commentary praising the French-born perpetrator, who is of Iranian descent, as one of the ISIS soldiers in the West who continues to fight and terrorize the "unbelievers."
On December 6, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel shared a post commenting on the recent arrest of a 16-year-old boy in Las Vegas who shared online posts threatening to carry out a lone wolf attack in support of ISIS.
The Central Media Department of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) issued a series of press releases in Arabic on its Telegram channel, condemning the U.S. Administration's accusations of that Israeli hostages were mistreated, saying that such attacks aim to defame the Palestinian resistance factions and justify the ongoing "genocide" of the Palestinian people.
Following the December 3, 2023 attacks by the Houthi Ansar Allah movement against three commercial ships in the Red Sea and against the Arleigh-Burke Class destroyer USS CARNEY – which responded to distress calls and provided assistance – on the same day, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement in which it asserted, among other things that, "These attacks represent a direct threat to international commerce and maritime security. They have jeopardized the lives of international crews representing multiple countries around the world… The United States will consider all appropriate responses in full coordination with its international allies and partners."

Earlier in November 2023, MEMRI JTTM identified a server in Germany that hosts files for Lebanese Hizbullah's Al-Manar, despite U.S. sanctions against the television channel as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) entity.
On November 30, 2023, the Islamic State (ISIS) released Issue 419 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba', featuring an editorial titled: "Verily, It Would Have Been Better If They Were True To Allah."
A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet recently linked to the Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP), published a post on an app in the Filipino language claiming that ISEAP fighters planted explosives at Mindanao State University in Marawi city, in the Philippines, detonating them while people were gathering, and adding that the explosion "was fatal to the Kuffar [unbelievers] as many people were killed and wounded."
On December 6, 2023, the Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP) reported that on the previous day, its fighters killed a "spy for the crusader Philippine army" in the village of Dalgan, in the Pagalungan municipality of Maguindanao del Sur province, using machine guns.
On November 30, 2023, ISIS released issue 419 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba', which included "exclusive" reports summarizing ISIS operations during the past two weeks in various parts of Africa as well as in the Philippines against military and security personnel.
On November 26, 2023, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Uwar Al-Haqq media outlet published commentary by prominent female ISIS supporter, poet, and writer Ahlam Al-Nasr, in which she lambasted Hamas for failing to "fire a single bullet" at Israeli forces when they raided Gaza's Al-Shifa Hospital on November 15 during the Israel-Hamas conflict.
A major article in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), celebrates the life of 13th-century sultan of Egypt and Syria Al-Malik Al-Zahir Rukn Al-Din Baybars Al-Bunduqdari for his role in fighting Christians, defeating the Seventh Crusade of King Louis IX of France, stopping the Mongol advance, and killing the Knights Templar who had surrendered after being trapped.
On November 28, 2023, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Conflict Zone Telegram channel published a post claiming that an ISIS branch in the Sahel region attacked a gold deposit site in Mali's eastern Gao region.
On November 30, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel shared a post soliciting donations for women held in refugee camps.
An English-language social media outlet that appears to be based in Russia, monitors and publishes reports on global political developments and conflicts, including reports sympathetic to ISIS.
Pro-Al-Qaeda Cleric: Saying 'Hamas Won, Israel Was Defeated' Is Ridiculous
On December 6, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda cleric wrote on his Telegram channel, countering the claim that Hamas has won the war against Israel.
On December 6, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet released a poster to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the last lone wolf attack claimed by Al-Qaeda in the U.S.
On November 30, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet announced its return.
On November 28, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published, on Telegram, an Arabic-language booklet.
On December 5, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda Telegram bot shared a post indicating that the organization's branch in Yemen – Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) – is in need of financial support.
Al-Qaeda Affiliate Al-Shabab Claims Killing Over 32 In Suicide Attack On Turkish Base In Mogadishu
On December 3, 2023, the Shahada News Agency, an official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Somalia, Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), published an Arabic-language claim reporting that the group had killed more than 32 and wounded dozens of others in a suicide attack targeting a "gathering of recruits" at the Turkish military base in the capital, Mogadishu.
Al-Shabab Records Spate Of Attacks In Kenya's Eastern Garissa County
On December 4, 2023, the Shahada News Agency, Al-Shabab's media arm, published an article which detailed recent Al-Shabab attacks in eastern Kenya.
On December 4, 2023, a statement was released by Hamas' Lebanon office in Beirut announcing the establishment of a new group.
On December 1, 2023, an Istanbul-based group released issue 19 of its monthly magazine, "The Prophet's Supporters."
On November 21, 2023, a Gaza-based a media outlet supporting Hamas and other Palestinian factions that took part in the October 7 attack on Israel, shared several posts on its Telegram and X (formerly Twitter) accounts eulogizing the family of its director and founder.
On December 1, 2023, a pro-Hamas media outlet reported on its Russian-language Telegram channel that Libya had released four Palestinian detainees who were accused of Hamas membership in 2019.
On December 3, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, published a statement on Telegram claiming a drone attack against a U.S. base in the Erbil International Airport in Iraq's Kurdistan region.
On November 30, 2023, an anti-Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Telegram channel focusing on Syrian affairs reported that Hamas obtained names of 2,000 "Israel-affiliated agents" living in the Gaza Strip, including Red Cross personnel.
On December 6, 2023, a Lebanese Hizbullah-controlled outlet released an exclusive interview with a Hamas national relations official.
On December 5, 2023, an engineer and self-described "researcher of Islamic history and culture" based in Turkey published a Telegram post asserting that humanity has paid a huge price in "blood and tears" for "the disappearance of Islam's power, domination, and the caliphate state."
A Gaza-based media outlet supporting Hamas and other Palestinian factions that took part in the October 7 attack on Israel, continues to conduct online fundraising campaigns.
On December 1-2, 2023, a website that covers the Deir Al-Zour region in northeastern Syria, posted a series of "exclusive" reports about an increase in the activity of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the militias it supports in the Deir Al-Zour Governorate in northeastern Syria.
A Syrian pro-opposition website recently reported that a senior commander of the Iran-backed militias, returned suddenly this week to Al-Bukamal, in Syria's Deir Al-Zour governorate near the Iraqi border, after an absence of about a year and a half, and has not yet been assigned a role in the city.
A Syrian pro-opposition website recently quoted "exclusive sources" stating that a day earlier, Iran-backed militias conducted training sessions on the operation of drones in the city of Al-Bukamal, southeast of Deir Al-Zour.
On December 6, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, claimed responsibility for drone attacks on two bases of "the American occupation" in northern and in western Iraq. Their claims stated that the attacks were "in response to the crimes of the enemy against our people in Gaza."

On November 24, 2023, when Hamas and Israel declared a ceasefire in Gaza, the Iran-backed militias in Iraq suspended their attacks on U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria, which had been ongoing since the war in Gaza broke out on October 7, and stated that they would hold their fire as long the ceasefire continued.

Yemen's Iran-Backed Ansar Allah Houthi Movement Claims Attack On Two 'Israeli' Ships In Red Sea
On December 3, 2023, the spokesman of the armed forces of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Houthi Movement issued a statement on X (formerly Twitter), claiming responsibility for an attack on two "Israeli" ships in the Red Sea.
Yemen's Ansar Allah Movement (Houthis) Promotes Antisemitism Between Attacks On Israel
Since the resumption of open warfare between Israel and Palestinian militant groups on October 7, 2023, Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis) have joined in the conflict, launching missiles at Israel, and attacking Israeli and international vessels off the coast of Yemen.
On December 6, 2023, the armed forces of the Houthi Ansar Allah Movement claimed responsibility for firing ballistic missiles at Israeli targets, and threatened to continue its attacks against Israeli targets.
