On November 29, 2023, the Al-Sahab Foundation, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Central Command, published a seven-page essay in Arabic. 

 

EXCLUSIVE: In Video: Perpetrator Of Paris Stabbing Attack Claims To Be ISIS Supporter; Pro-ISIS Outlet Praises His Act As Response To ISIS Call To Target Non-Muslims In West For Their Support Of Israel 

 

In the aftermath of the December 2, 2023, stabbing attack in Paris, which killed one person and injured two, pro-ISIS Telegram channels continued to post commentary praising the French-born perpetrator, who is of Iranian descent, as one of the ISIS soldiers in the West who continues to fight and terrorize the "unbelievers." 

 

EXCLUSIVE: Citing Recent Foiled Terrorist Attack In Las Vegas, Pro-ISIS Telegram Outlet Warns Potential Lone Wolves Not To Share Information Online Or With People 

On December 6, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel shared a post commenting on the recent arrest of a 16-year-old boy in Las Vegas who shared online posts threatening to carry out a lone wolf attack in support of ISIS. 

 

EXCLUSIVE: Popular Front For The Liberation Of Palestine (PFLP) Calls For Escalating 'Struggle' By Targeting U.S. Embassies, Interests, And Military Bases In Region; Says U.S. 'Will One Day Pay Price' For Its 'Unqualified Support' Of Israel 

The Central Media Department of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) issued a series of press releases in Arabic on its Telegram channel, condemning the U.S. Administration's accusations of that Israeli hostages were mistreated, saying that such attacks aim to defame the Palestinian resistance factions and justify the ongoing "genocide" of the Palestinian people. 

 

EXCLUSIVE: Amid Escalating Tension In Red Sea, Senior Houthi Officials: 'U.S. Has No Rights In Red Sea;' Yemen's Territorial Waters 'Will Become Graveyard For Israeli Ships If They Violate Yemeni Sovereignty' 

Following the December 3, 2023 attacks by the Houthi Ansar Allah movement against three commercial ships in the Red Sea and against the Arleigh-Burke Class destroyer USS CARNEY – which responded to distress calls and provided assistance – on the same day, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement in which it asserted, among other things that, "These attacks represent a direct threat to international commerce and maritime security. They have jeopardized the lives of international crews representing multiple countries around the world… The United States will consider all appropriate responses in full coordination with its international allies and partners." 

 

EXCLUSIVE: New York-Based Company Now Hosts Servers Of Sanctioned Hizbullah Al-Manar TV-Website 

Earlier in November 2023, MEMRI JTTM identified a server in Germany that hosts files for Lebanese Hizbullah's Al-Manar, despite U.S. sanctions against the television channel as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) entity.

On November 30, 2023, the Islamic State (ISIS) released Issue 419 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba', featuring an editorial titled: "Verily, It Would Have Been Better If They Were True To Allah." 

 

GRAPHIC: Media Group Linked To Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP) Claims Killing And Injuring 'Kuffar' In Attack At University In Philippines 

A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet recently linked to the Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP), published a post on an app in the Filipino language claiming that ISEAP fighters planted explosives at Mindanao State University in Marawi city, in the Philippines, detonating them while people were gathering, and adding that the explosion "was fatal to the Kuffar [unbelievers] as many people were killed and wounded." 

 

Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP) Claims Killing Spy For Philippine Army, Officially Claims Attack On Catholic Mass In Marawi 

On December 6, 2023, the Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP) reported that on the previous day, its fighters killed a "spy for the crusader Philippine army" in the village of Dalgan, in the Pagalungan municipality of Maguindanao del Sur province, using machine guns. 

 

WARNING – GRAPHIC: Islamic State (ISIS) Weekly Publishes 'Exclusive' Reports Documenting Attacks Targeting Christian Villages, Military Personnel Across Africa 

On November 30, 2023, ISIS released issue 419 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba', which included "exclusive" reports summarizing ISIS operations during the past two weeks in various parts of Africa as well as in the Philippines against military and security personnel. 

 

Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Poet Condemns Hamas For Failing To 'Fire A Single Bullet' At Israeli Forces During Raid Of Al-Shifa Hospital In Gaza 

On November 26, 2023, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Uwar Al-Haqq media outlet published commentary by prominent female ISIS supporter, poet, and writer Ahlam Al-Nasr, in which she lambasted Hamas for failing to "fire a single bullet" at Israeli forces when they raided Gaza's Al-Shifa Hospital on November 15 during the Israel-Hamas conflict. 

 

Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) Magazine 'Voice Of Khurasan' Celebrates 13th-Century Muslim Commander Rukn Al-Din Baybars For His Siege Of Acre, Capital Of Kingdom Of Jerusalem, Capture Of Safed Fortress, Massacre Of Knights Templar, Defeat Of Crusade Of Louis IX 

A major article in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), celebrates the life of 13th-century sultan of Egypt and Syria Al-Malik Al-Zahir Rukn Al-Din Baybars Al-Bunduqdari for his role in fighting Christians, defeating the Seventh Crusade of King Louis IX of France, stopping the Mongol advance, and killing the Knights Templar who had surrendered after being trapped. 

 

Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Conflict Monitoring Outlet Claims Group Attacked Al-Qaeda's Affiliate-Controlled Gold Deposit Site In Mali's Gao Region 

On November 28, 2023, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Conflict Zone Telegram channel published a post claiming that an ISIS branch in the Sahel region attacked a gold deposit site in Mali's eastern Gao region.  

 

Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram Outlet Solicits Donations For 'Sisters' In Refugee Camps After UN World Food Program Announced Termination Of Its Aid To Syria 

On November 30, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel shared a post soliciting donations for women held in refugee camps.  

 

Conflict Monitoring Outlet Sympathetic To Islamic State (ISIS) Promotes Russia-Based Fundraiser For Gaza 

An English-language social media outlet that appears to be based in Russia, monitors and publishes reports on global political developments and conflicts, including reports sympathetic to ISIS.  

 

Pro-Al-Qaeda Cleric: Saying 'Hamas Won, Israel Was Defeated' Is Ridiculous 

On December 6, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda cleric wrote on his Telegram channel, countering the claim that Hamas has won the war against Israel. 

 

Pro-Al-Qaeda Outlet Devoted To Inciting Lone Wolf Attacks In The West Releases Poster Marking The Fourth Anniversary Of 2019 Pensacola Shooting Which Killed Three U.S. Sailors 

On December 6, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet released a poster to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the last lone wolf attack claimed by Al-Qaeda in the U.S. 

 

Pro-Al-Qaeda Media Group Announces Return To Activity After Several-Month Absence, Endorses Newly Established Islamic Media Cooperation Council (IMCC) 

On November 30, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet announced its return. 

 

Booklet Published By Pro-Al-Qaeda Media Group On Antivirus Software Is Word-For-Word Translation Of PCMag Article 

On November 28, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published, on Telegram, an Arabic-language booklet. 

 

Pro-Al-Qaeda Telegram Bot Appeals To Yemenis To Spend Their Money In Service Of Jihad, Support Families Of Mujahideen 

On December 5, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda Telegram bot shared a post indicating that the organization's branch in Yemen – Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) – is in need of financial support. 

 

Al-Qaeda Affiliate Al-Shabab Claims Killing Over 32 In Suicide Attack On Turkish Base In Mogadishu 

On December 3, 2023, the Shahada News Agency, an official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Somalia, Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), published an Arabic-language claim reporting that the group had killed more than 32 and wounded dozens of others in a suicide attack targeting a "gathering of recruits" at the Turkish military base in the capital, Mogadishu. 

 

Al-Shabab Records Spate Of Attacks In Kenya's Eastern Garissa County 

On December 4, 2023, the Shahada News Agency, Al-Shabab's media arm, published an article which detailed recent Al-Shabab attacks in eastern Kenya. 

 

Hamas In Lebanon Announces New Group, 'Vanguards Of The Al-Aqsa Flood,' Calling On Palestinians To Join It To Liberate Jerusalem And Al-Aqsa 

On December 4, 2023, a statement was released by Hamas' Lebanon office in Beirut announcing the establishment of a new group. 

 

Secretary General Of Istanbul-Based Global Commission Of The Prophet's Supporters Tells Muslims To Pay Their Next Year Zakat Earlier And Dedicate It To Hamas And To Gazans 

On December 1, 2023, an Istanbul-based group released issue 19 of its monthly magazine, "The Prophet's Supporters." 

 

Son Of Hamas's Slain Leader Accuses Founder, Director Of 'Gaza Now,' Of Stealing Donations Solicited In Support Of Gazans 

On November 21, 2023, a Gaza-based a media outlet supporting Hamas and other Palestinian factions that took part in the October 7 attack on Israel, shared several posts on its Telegram and X (formerly Twitter) accounts eulogizing the family of its director and founder. 

 

Pro-Hamas Media Outlet Claims Libya Released Four Hamas Members Charged With Smuggling Weapons Into Gaza; Russia's RT Arabic Claims Turkey Brokered Their Release 

On December 1, 2023, a pro-Hamas media outlet reported on its Russian-language Telegram channel that Libya had released four Palestinian detainees who were accused of Hamas membership in 2019. 

 

For First Time Since End Of Israel-Hamas Ceasefire, Iran-Backed 'Islamic Resistance In Iraq' Claims Drone Attack Against U.S. Base In Northern Iraq 

On December 3, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, published a statement on Telegram claiming a drone attack against a U.S. base in the Erbil International Airport in Iraq's Kurdistan region. 

 

Syrian Jihadi Telegram Channel Claims Hamas Obtained Names Of 'Israel-Affiliated Agents' In Gaza, Including Some Red Cross Personnel 

On November 30, 2023, an anti-Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Telegram channel focusing on Syrian affairs reported that Hamas obtained names of 2,000 "Israel-affiliated agents" living in the Gaza Strip, including Red Cross personnel. 

 

Hamas Official In Interview With Lebanese Hizbullah Outlet: Israel 'Will Not Be Able To Last Long In This Conflict'; The Freedom Of Detained Palestinians 'Is The Most Important Goal Of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood' 

On December 6, 2023, a Lebanese Hizbullah-controlled outlet released an exclusive interview with a Hamas national relations official. 

 

Claiming Hamas Captivity Improved Manners Of Israeli Child, Syria-Based Jihadi Cleric Asserts World Would Gain From Muslim Domination 

On December 5, 2023, an engineer and self-described "researcher of Islamic history and culture" based in Turkey published a Telegram post asserting that humanity has paid a huge price in "blood and tears" for "the disappearance of Islam's power, domination, and the caliphate state." 

 

Gaza-Based Media Outlet Continues To Solicit Cryptocurrency Donations And Disseminate Multi-Language Content On Telegram, X 

A Gaza-based media outlet supporting Hamas and other Palestinian factions that took part in the October 7 attack on Israel, continues to conduct online fundraising campaigns. 

 

Syrian Opposition Website: Increase In Activity In Several Spheres By Iran-Backed Militias In Northeastern Syria As Part Of Military Escalation Against U.S.-Led Global Coalition 

On December 1-2, 2023, a website that covers the Deir Al-Zour region in northeastern Syria, posted a series of "exclusive" reports about an increase in the activity of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the militias it supports in the Deir Al-Zour Governorate in northeastern Syria.  

 

Syrian Opposition Website: Senior Iranian Militia Commander Returns To Eastern Syria After More Than A Year, Intensifies Security 

A Syrian pro-opposition website recently reported that a senior commander of the Iran-backed militias, returned suddenly this week to Al-Bukamal, in Syria's Deir Al-Zour governorate near the Iraqi border, after an absence of about a year and a half, and has not yet been assigned a role in the city. 

 

Syrian Opposition Website: Iran-Backed Militias Practice Operation Of Iraqi-Made Drones In Eastern Syria, Plan To Transfer Drones For Attacks Against U.S. Bases 

A Syrian pro-opposition website recently quoted "exclusive sources" stating that a day earlier, Iran-backed militias conducted training sessions on the operation of drones in the city of Al-Bukamal, southeast of Deir Al-Zour. 

 

Iran-Backed 'Islamic Resistance In Iraq' Claims Drone Attacks On U.S. Bases In Northern, Western Iraq 

On December 6, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, claimed responsibility for drone attacks on two bases of "the American occupation" in northern and in western Iraq. Their claims stated that the attacks were "in response to the crimes of the enemy against our people in Gaza." 

 

'Al-Akhbar' Daily: Commanders Of Iraqi Militias Threaten To Resume Attacks On U.S. Bases And Israel If Gaza War Continues Or U.S. Attacks Houthis

On November 24, 2023, when Hamas and Israel declared a ceasefire in Gaza, the Iran-backed militias in Iraq suspended their attacks on U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria, which had been ongoing since the war in Gaza broke out on October 7, and stated that they would hold their fire as long the ceasefire continued. 

 

Iran-Backed Iraqi Al-Nujaba Movement Announces 'Martyrdom' Of Five Fighters In American Airstrike In Northern Iraq, Threatens To Avenge U.S. Forces 

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, published on December 3, 2023, a statement on Telegram announcing the "martyrdom" of five operatives in a battle against U.S. forces in Iraq, and threatening to continue its attacks against U.S. forces. 

 

Iran-Backed Islamic Resistance In Iraq Threatens To Escalate Attacks Inside And Outside Iraq If U.S. Resumes The War It 'Administers' In Gaza, Southern Lebanon 

On November 30, 2023, Telegram channels linked to Iran-backed militias shared a statement issued by the "Islamic Resistance in Iraq," an Iran-backed joint operations group consisting of Iraqi militias. 

 

Yemen's Iran-Backed Ansar Allah Houthi Movement Claims Attack On Two 'Israeli' Ships In Red Sea 

On December 3, 2023, the spokesman of the armed forces of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Houthi Movement issued a statement on X (formerly Twitter), claiming responsibility for an attack on two "Israeli" ships in the Red Sea. 

 

Yemen's Ansar Allah Movement (Houthis) Promotes Antisemitism Between Attacks On Israel 

Since the resumption of open warfare between Israel and Palestinian militant groups on October 7, 2023, Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis) have joined in the conflict, launching missiles at Israel, and attacking Israeli and international vessels off the coast of Yemen. 

 

Houthi Ansar Allah Movement Claims Responsibility For Launching Ballistic Missiles At Military Sites In Eilat, Vows To Enforce Ban On Israeli Vessels 

On December 6, 2023, the armed forces of the Houthi Ansar Allah Movement claimed responsibility for firing ballistic missiles at Israeli targets, and threatened to continue its attacks against Israeli targets.
