On July 20, 2021, Al-Qaeda's central media wing released a 14-minute video clip titled "America Burns."
On July 21, 2021, which was the Eid Al-Adha holiday, the Al-Qaeda-affiliated Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF) shared a video featuring old fighters receiving training at a camp of the Somalia-based Al-Qaeda-affiliated jihadi group Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (HSM), known as Al-Shabab.

In a message, Mufti Noor Wali Mehsud, the emir of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (Movement of the Pakistani Taliban, TTP), has greeted the Islamic ummah and people of Pakistan, especially "the persecuted nations of Pashtuns and Baluchis" on Eid Al-Adha, the three-day feast of sacrifice which in 2021 began on July 21 in South Asian countries.

On July 21, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) released a picture set documenting the daily life of its operatives in an undisclosed location in Somalia during the Eid Al-Adha holiday.
On July 21, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) Central Africa Province (ISCAP) released several photos showing fighters from its branch in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) celebrating Eid Al-Adha.
On July 20, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) East Asia Province released six photos showing fighters in the Philippines celebrating Eid Al-Adha.
The editorial in Issue 295 of the Islamic State (ISIS) weekly, titled "The Disasters of the Rafidites," refers to the many disasters which have recently plagued Iraq.
Numerous English-speaking Islamic State (ISIS) supporters on Facebook are commenting on the American troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.

On July 15, 2021, Al-Qaeda's central media outlet released a new video titled "An Unpardonable Crime – Part I," highlighting the group's response to the perceived insult to Muhammad, founder of Islam, by the Charlie Hebdo cartoons.
On July 14, 2021, the media arm of the Yemen-based Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released a video showing Houthi officials and clerics "disrespecting" Muhammad and his companions, and documenting AQAP attacks on Houthi targets.
On July 19, 2021, on the occasion of the Eid Al-Adha holiday, the Al-Qaeda-affiliated Global Islamic Media Front (GIMF) posted an audio speech delivered by the leader of the Somalia-based Al-Qaeda-affiliated jihadi group Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (HSM).
On July 16, 2021, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the Sahel region, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), released a 20-minute video clip showing 16 soldiers from the Malian Armed Forces who are being held prisoner by the organization.
A former member of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) who describes himself as a scholar of "shari'a politics," published a post on Telegram on July 15, 2021 calling on Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP) fighters in Syria and on Uzbek members of Jihad and Tawhid Battalion (JTB) to break ties with HTS.
On June 17, 2021, a prominent Jordan-based Salafi-jihadi ideologue published a 14-page essay on his website titled, "The Leaders of Hamas Disappoint All Those who Defend Them and Announce: We are More Democratic than the West."
On July 18, 2021, a Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq, released a video highlighting military bases in Iraq that are housing U.S. forces.
Kata'ib Hezbollah's commander issued a statement on July 20, 2021, in which he called for the targeting of American, Israeli, Saudi and UAE interests.
