In the wake of the World Health Organization (WHO) statement about the monkeypox outbreak issued on July 23, 2022, several jihadi Telegram channels blamed homosexuals for committing "atrocious sins" and causing the outbreak.
On July 19, 2022, an anonymous Arabic Twitter account that often claims to have close contacts with Al-Qaeda leadership, published a profile of Saif Al-'Adl, a high-ranking veteran member of Al-Qaeda's senior leadership council and head of the organization's military committee.

Islamic State East Asia Province (ISEAP), similar to other ISIS provinces, has released photos and videos via official ISIS media documenting the attacks and daily activities of its fighters.
On July 28, 2022, an Islamic center in a suburb of Sydney, Australia and affiliated with a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher announced on its Facebook and Telegram accounts its interest in providing tutoring in both Islamic and general subjects to homeschooled children.
Issue 348 of Al-Naba', the official weekly magazine of the Islamic State (ISIS), published on July 21, 2022, reported several recent operations carried out by ISIS operatives in Syria's Deir Al-Zour governorate targeting the "PKK (i.e. Syrian Democratic Forces – SDF)," U.S. forces, and an alleged spy.

On July 24, 2022, supporters of the Islamic State (ISIS) highlighted news reports about the health status of U.S. President Biden after the White House announced that he contracted COVID-19.
New Telegram Channel Launched To Disseminate Content By U.S.-Based Pro-ISIS Preacher
A new Telegram channel linked to Michigan-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher Ahmad Musa Jibril seeks to promote the cleric's Salafi-jihadi writings and sermons online.
On July 22, 2022, London-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher Anjem Choudary published on his blog and Telegram channel a press release in English, titled "Israeli Crimes Against Muslims In Palestine Will Come To An End!"
On July 21, 2022, the Islamic State (ISIS) released issue 348 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba'.
On July 21, 2022, pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channels published posts criticizing Al-Qaeda supporters for an anti-ISIS campaign, perceived by the channels as aimed at slandering ISIS's Yemen Province.
ISIS 'Caravans Of Martyrs' Poster Series Eulogizes Pakistani Operative
On July 20, 2022, the Islamic State (ISIS) Pakistan Province released a poster as part of its "Caravans of the Shuhada' [Martyrs]" poster series.
On July 21, an anti-Islamic State (ISIS) channel on the Al-Qaeda-operated Rocket.Chat server, published two posts commenting on the conflict between ISWAP (Islamic State West Africa Province) and Nigeria-based Ahl Al-Sunnah lil-Da’wah wal-Jihad, aka Boko Haram, in reference to two recent videos.
In a video released on social media, the Islamic State's Khurasan Province (ISIS-K) has threatened the Afghan Taliban rulers with attacks, saying that organizing meetings of ulema ("religious scholars") and the Taliban's agreements with Qatar, Pakistan, Russia, and China would not save them.
On July 25, 2022, a prolific pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a poster arguing that the Jeddah Security and Development Summit was a failure for the U.S. as well as participating Arab leaders.
On July 26, 2022, a Telegram channel that shows solidarity with Muslim prisoners worldwide, including those charged with terrorism, and which has been endorsed by pro-Islamic State (ISIS) figures issued a call on Telegram for Muslims to show solidarity with a prisoner incarcerated since 2018 in Texas on charges of plotting an ISIS-inspired attack.
On July 25, 2022, aLondon-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher published on his blog a press release in English, titled "Russian And Syrian Regimes Continue Their Cold Blooded Murder Of Children!"
An article, titled "American Boomerang," in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by the Al-Azaim Foundation, which is the media arm of the Islamic State's Khurasan Province (ISIS-K) – says that increasing drug addiction, marital breakdown, psychological problems, and gun violence in America, especially mass shootings by individuals who are not Muslims, are a divine punishment from god for America's foreign policy abroad.
A lead article, titled "Who will Expel the Polytheists from Jazirat al-Arab?" in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by the Al-Azaim Foundation, which is the media arm of the Islamic State's Khurasan Province (ISIS-K) – threatens to expel all polytheists from the Arabian Peninsula, especially from Mecca.
The cover article, titled "Nullifiers Of Islam Applicable On Taliban," in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by the Al-Azaim Foundation, which is the media arm of the Islamic State's Khurasan Province (ISIS-K), accuses the Afghan Taliban of digressing from Islamic shari'a rulings and advances antisemitic views by comparing the Taliban with Jews in a derogatory sense.
An article in the fifth issue of the "Khurasan Ghag [Voice Of Khurasan]," a Pashtu-language magazine published by the Al-Azaim Foundation, which is the media arm of the Islamic State's Khurasan Province (ISIS-K), urges Muslims to join jihad, but the main focus of the magazine is to criticize the Afghan Taliban rulers.
Al-Qaeda In The Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) Eulogizes Somali Jihad Cleric Nour Mu'allim 'Abd Al-Rahman
On July 15, 2022, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) posted an official eulogy on its Rocket.Chat platform for a Somali jihadi cleric who died of an illness in Somalia in mid-July.
On July 23, 2022, several Syrian rebel Telegram channels posted a two-minute video clip that had been released by a U.S.-based humanitarian organization with offices in Syria, Turkey, and Jordan.

On July 16, 2022, As-Sahab, Al-Qaeda's official media outlet, published a 16-page essay by a cleric known as Abu Awwab Al-Hasani.
On July 27, the Shahada News Agency, official news outlet of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Somalia, Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), published a short claim of responsibility for a suicide attack in the city of Merca (in Somali: Marka), capital of the Lower Shabelle region, in which Mayor Abdullahi Ali Wafow and several of his guards were killed.
On July 21, 2022, Shahada News Agency, the official media outlet of Al-Shabab Movement, reported that 87 Ethiopian soldiers were killed and dozens wounded in attacks by Al-Shabab fighters on July 20 on Ethiopian National Defense Force bases in the cities of Yeed and Aato, on the border between Somalia and Ethiopia.
On July 23, 2022, a Malian news website shared two claims of responsibility issued by Mali-based Al-Qaeda-affiliate JNIM (Jama'at Nasr Al-Islam wal-Muslimin, aka GSIM, Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims) for attacks carried out in the previous days against Malian Army bases, including suicide operations.
On July 13, 2022, the Al-Qaeda-associated writer Mustafa Hamid aka Abu Walid Al-Masri, published an article on his website, Political Mafa, in which he contends that the coming July 16, 2022 Jeddah Security and Development Summit in Saudi Arabia with the participation of U.S. President Joe Biden and the heads of Arab countries was to be held to promote the establishment of "an Arab-Israeli NATO alliance," and to approve transforming the obligation to perform the Hajj into an international tourist event, in accordance with "a Jewish conception" and Israeli interests.
Turkestan Islamic Party In Syria Releases Video Documenting Eid Al-Adha Celebrations
On July 22, 2022, the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) released a 15-minute video documenting its Eid Al-Adha celebrations in Syria.
On July 27, 2022, a Telegram channel associated with the Uyghur jihad group Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) posted a series of five photos illustrating how to reload a machine gun while wounded.
Group Of Fighters From Caucasus In Syria Posts Photos Of Its Military Training
On July 25, 2022, a Syria-based jihadi group shared on Telegram a series of photographs which document its Special Forces engaging in training exercises.

On July 20, 2022, Iraqi media reported that eight civilians had died and some 30 had been wounded in an attack on a tourist site in Parakh in Iraq’s Duhok Governorate.
In the wake of an alleged Turkish artillery bombardment of a resort in Zakhu district in Iraq's Dahuk Province on July 20, 2022, which reportedly killed and wounded several Iraqi civilians, several Telegram channels affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq published posts vowing to retaliate.
On July 19, 2022, a Syrian opposition news website reported that an Iran-backed group comprising Afghan Shi'ite fighters has begun establishing a military training camp in Raqqa under the supervision of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).
On July 22, 2022, two Iranian-backed Shi'ite groups claimed responsibility for attacks on Turkish military bases in the Duhok Governorate in northern Iraq.
On July 24, 2022, Telegram channels affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq claimed two attacks carried out in retaliation for a July 20, 2022 attack on a tourist resort in Duhok, northern Iraq, which was attributed to Turkish forces.
A Telegram channel reported that Iraqi, Iranian, and Lebanese Shi'ite militias are bolstering their military presence across Syria by dispatching additional fighters and supplying them with Iranian drones.
A Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq reported on several attacks carried out against Turkish targets in Iraq.
Between July 26 and 27, 2022, Iran-backed Shi'ite groups in Iraq continued to attack Turkish targets in Iraq in response to a July 20, 2022 attack attributed to Turkey on a tourist site in the Parakh mountain resort in Duhok, in which, according to the Iraqi media, eight civilians were killed and dozens more were injured.

An Afghan Taliban commander has parted ways with the Islamic Emirate (the Taliban jihadi organization that took control of Afghanistan in August 2021) and joined the anti-government National Resistance Front (NRF) along with seven of his fighters in the Khost district of the country's northern Baghlan province, according to Afghan media.
