ISIS Lauds Its Media Jihad In A Story About Afghan Media Operatives Killed In Action
The latest issue of the Islamic State (ISIS) weekly magazine included an article which focused on the importance of "media jihad," telling the stories of four media operatives in the ISIS Khurasan (Afghanistan) Province media branch who were killed while performing their duties.
An article in the latest issue of the English-language ISIS magazine Sawt Al-Hind ("The Voice of India") criticizes how Muslims have befriended polytheists "in the name of humanity."

Contradictory Warnings Caution Against Social Media Accounts Belonging To Pro-ISIS Media Group
On August 3, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram bot posted a warning in the name of a pro-ISIS media group cautioning that some social media accounts claiming to be affiliated with the media group are fake.
A U.S.-based Facebook user posts Islamic State (ISIS) news articles on updates from ISIS-controlled territories and the mujahideen, adding messages of support for the group. He also writes messages hoping for the Islamic community to be united under the khilafa ("Caliphate").
On August 4, 2021, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate released a statement claiming the bombing of a bus carrying Syrian Republican Guard members in Damascus.

On July 27, 2021, an Al-Qaeda supporter posted an article on Telegram titled "A Call to the Lions of Monotheism in the Syrian Arena."
A weekly magazine published by a pro-Al-Qaeda outlet on July 31, 2021 contained an article warning against humanitarian aid organizations, alleging that they are agents for international intelligence, which spy on mujahideen and corrupt Muslim families.
On July 29, 2021, a pro-Al-Qaeda outlet released a poster encouraging the group's supporters to carry out lone-wolf attacks.
On July 31, 2021, Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) released a statement vowing to continue escalating its attacks against the Syrian regime and its allies in response to the "barbaric bombings" of the cities of Dara' and Jabal Al-Zawiya.
On August 2, 2021, Islamic State (ISIS) supporters circulated a letter on several Telegram channels allegedly signed by "French [female] emigrants in Syria" addressed to the country of France, its Ministry of Interior and its Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
