On November 9, 2023, Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) released the latest issue of its Urdu-language magazine Nawai Ghazwa-e-Hind ("The Voice of the Battle of India"), which is devoted to "Al-Aqsa Storm" and has 35 statements and articles discussing the implications of the October 7 Hamas attack in Israel.
On November 8, 2023, the Rai Al-Youm online daily, whose chief editor is British-Palestinian Journalist Abdel Bari Atwan, the former editor of the London-based Al-Quds Al-Arabi, published an article titled "O Men of the Ummah [Islamic Nation]: What Are You Waiting For? Our Battle Is Calling You and History Has No Mercy!"
On November 11, 2023, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) published a 39-minute-long video titled "Al-Aqsa Flood Is More Powerful Than the Jews," which contains an audio message from senior AQIM operative Abu Yasir Al-Jaza'iri.
On November 10-11, 2023, a prominent Islamic State (ISIS) supporter published posts on Telegram calling on Muslims to kill Jews and Christians indiscriminately, against the backdrop of the Israel-Hamas war.
On November 7, 2023, a U.K-based media outlet reported that factions of the Iran-led Axis of Resistance met in Tehran in early summer 2023 to establish a joint operations chamber to counter Israel and the U.S. on the regional level.
On November 10, 2023, a Telegram channel that covers news from Iraq and particularly its Al-Anbar governorate, published a post claiming that "exclusive sources" reported to the "Iraq Eye" Facebook page that since Hamas' October 7 surprise attack on Israel, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has brought more than 500 truckloads of weapons and ammunition into Iraq.
On November 6, 2023, A jihadi magazine released its fourth issue on its Telegram channel.
On November 10, 2023, the Islamic State (ISIS) released Issue 416 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba' which featured an editorial titled: "Until They Turn You Away From Your Religion."
Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Media Outlet Releases Poster Inciting Muslims To Cross Borders To Gaza
On November 9, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a poster inciting Muslims in countries neighboring Israel to breach the security measures placed by their local governments to cross borders to Gaza in support of Palestinians.
On November 13, 2023, an English-language preaching channel on Telegram affiliated with Michigan-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) cleric Ahmad Musa Jibril, shared a video showing a child in Gaza trying to fill a water bottle from a tank that has run dry, along with the text: "No water, no food, fear everywhere."
On November 14, 2023, an unofficial media outlet supporting the Islamic State (ISIS) released a 3-minute video titled "Practical Steps To Fight the Jews," inciting attacks against Israeli and Western embassies worldwide and targeting Israel's immediate neighbors which "stifle Palestine."
On November 14, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a video titled "Messages to Our People in Jerusalem: Horrify Them With Car Bombs."
After Riyadh Summit, Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Media Outlets Mock Arab Rulers' Reactions To Gaza
Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlets have seized on Arab and Muslim leaders' reactions to Hamas's surprise assault across southern Israel on October 7, 2023.
On November 10, 2023, the A'maq News Agency, an official Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet, published a statement claiming that the organization's operatives killed 24 members of the Syrian army and pro-regime National Defense Forces (NDF) militia, and wounded others, in a "violent attack" on two barracks in the eastern Homs governorate.
On the morning of November 15, 2023, the Shahada News Agency, an official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Somalia, Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), published a claim reporting that the group's fighters had just detonated an explosion at the residence of Somalia's President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, partially destroying the building, from which the president was absent at the time.
Al-Qaeda Supporter Calls To Blow Up Israel's Ashdod Port
On November 12, 2023, an Al-Qaeda supporter posted a one-minute, two-second-long video on his Telegram channel documenting soldiers and civilians working at the Ashdod port in southern Israel.
On October 18, 2023, the official outlet of a Sunni Salafi jihadi group that operates mainly in southeastern Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, released a statement condemning the Israeli army's "brutal" military response to the October 7 Hamas attack, and expressing support for Gaza and Palestinians.
On November 8, 2023, the House of Culture and Knowledge of the Department of Political Affairs of the Syrian Salvation Government, backed by Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), launched the 2023 edition, in Idlib, of the Exhibition for Arts and Crafts.

On November 9, 2023, a Syrian opposition newspaper reported that an Iranian Ilyushin cargo plane landed in Syria's Khmeimim airbase, which is used by Russian forces, to deliver unidentified cargo.
On November 9, 2023, a Telegram channel that is the official platform of the Media Warfare Unit of Iraq's Al-Nujaba' Movement militia, published videos of the group's fighters positioned on the border with Israel, preparing for "zero hour," according to the militia's spokesman, whose statement continued, stating that the liberation of the Golan Heights is the "real goal" of the Iran-led "Islamic Resistance."
Iran-Backed 'Islamic Resistance In Iraq' Claims Drone Attack On U.S. Base In Syria
On November 10, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of Iran-backed militias, issued a statement claiming a drone attack targeting a base in Syria which houses the U.S. forces.
Between November 12-13, 2023, two Syrian opposition websites posted a series of current reports about the increase in military activity by Hizbullah and the Iran-backed militias in northeast Syria.
On November 12, 2023, the Syrian opposition-affiliated Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that the Nukhbah [Elite] forces, some of whom were trained by Lebanese Hizbullah and Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), have assumed "complete control" of the areas of southern Syria near the border with the Israel-controlled Golan Heights, including the Quneitra governorate, the western part of Rif Dimashq governorate, and parts of western Daraa governorate.
On November 15, 2023, a Syrian pro-opposition website quoted "exclusive sources" stating that that morning, Iran-backed militias in Syria transferred large quantities of weapons and ammunition to a new depot in Al-Mayadin, east of Deir Al-Zour.
In mid-November, Syrian opposition-affiliated media sources reported on a two-pronged Russian effort – to restrain the Syrian Armed Forces to prevent them from attacking Israel from Syrian territory, and to prevent the Iran-backed militias operating in Syria from attacking bases of the Global Coalition to Defeat the Islamic State (ISIS) from the areas under Russian control in the northeast of the country.
On November 15, 2023, a London-based online daily published an "exclusive" report by its Washington, D.C. correspondent, claiming that Jordan is making preparations for a potential escalation of the conflict in the region due to the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas.
On November 11, 2023, a Syrian pro-opposition website published an article revealing new weapons depots of the Lebanese Hizbullah, near the Al-Jourah bridge on the banks of the Euphrates River, in Deir Al-Zour city in eastern Syria.
On November 9, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of Iran-backed militias, issued a statement claiming three separate attacks, all targeting a base in western Iraq which houses U.S. forces.
On November 14, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, released a statement on Telegram claiming responsibility for a missile attack against a U.S. military base at the Conoco gas and oil field in Syria's Deir Al-Zour governorate.

The Iran-backed "Islamic Resistance in Iraq" claimed on November 13, 2023, a drone attack on a U.S. base in "the Green Village" in Syria.
On November 11, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of Iran-backed militias, issued a statement claiming that its forces targeted the Rumaylan base of the "American occupation," in northeastern Syria's Al-Hasakah governorate, with two drones, alleging that they "directly hit their targets."
On November 14, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an Iran-backed joint operations group of Iraqi militias, released a statement on Telegram claiming responsibility for a drone attack against a U.S. barracks in the Al-Omar oil field in Syria, southeast of Deir Al-Zour.
Akram Al-Kaabi, the Secretary General of Iran-backed Al-Nujaba' Movement in Iraq, released on November 13, a statement on X (formerly Twitter) congratulating the Islamic Resistance in Iraq for their November 11 attack that targeted Eilat, Israel's southernmost city, in support of the people in Gaza.
On November 13, 2023, the official website of the Iran-backed Iraqi militia Al-Nujaba Movement published the transcript of an interview given by Ali Al-Asadi, chairman of Al-Nujaba's political council, to Iran, the official daily newspaper of the Iranian government.
Islamic Resistance in Iraq Claims Rocket Attack On U.S. Ayn Al-Assad Airbase In Western Iraq
On November 15, 2023, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq claimed responsibility for a rocket attack on Ayn Al-Assad airbase, in Iraq's western Al-Anbar Governorate, where U.S. forces are stationed.

>On November 11, 2023, the Secretary-General of Hizbullah, Hassan Nasrallah, delivered a televised speech to mark "Martyrs' Day," an annual event organized Hizbullah to honor the fighters who have been killed over the years in confrontations with Israel.
On November 12, Al-Khandiq, a news website linked to the Lebanese Hizbullah, posted a video on its Telegram channel that featured a song glorifying Hizbullah's Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah. The video follows his speech on the group's "Martyr's Day" in which he reiterated his support for Hamas and highlighted Hizbullah's participation in the war.
On November 11, 2023, Lebanon's Shi'ite Amal Movement announced that one of its operatives, 'Ali Jamil Al-Hajj Dawoud, had been targeted in an act of "direct aggression by the oppressive Israeli enemy" in the Rab El Thalathine village of southern Lebanon, leading to his "martyrdom" and the injury of two other "mujahideen."
On November 14, 2023, the Houthi Ansar Allah movement armed forces claimed responsibility for firing drones and missiles at Israel on October 13 and 14, and threatened to continue its attacks, especially on Israeli vessels in the Red Sea or "in every place we can reach."
Following the outbreak of war between Israel and the Palestinian factions headed by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, after the merciless attack perpetrated on army bases and communities in Israel on October 7, 2023, the Houthi Ansar Allah movement has carried out several attacks against Israel, mainly targeting the city of Eilat, in the south of the country.
On October 31, 2023, Hizbut Tahrir Afghanistan tweeted a Pashtu-language statement calling on Muslims to wage jihad in support of Hamas against Israel and urging the Afghan Taliban government to organize its troops and liberate the occupied Palestinian territories from Jews.
