On November 13, 2021, the media arm of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released a video featuring an exclusive interview with the group's leader discussing the latest developments in the region, including the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan following the U.S. withdrawal.
On November 15, 2021, supporters of the Islamic State (ISIS) published posts on Telegram celebrating the explosion outside Liverpool Women's Hospital on November 14, speculating that it was a jihadi attack carried out by a lone wolf.
An article about the arrest and confession of a man who was allegedly the former finance minister of the Islamic State (ISIS) and a deputy to Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, was featured on the front page of an Iraqi monthly magazine published online on November 14, 2021.
On November 16, 2021, an Al-Shabab-affiliated news agency reported that Al-Shabab fighters shelled government headquarters southwest Somalia, where American officers were allegedly present.
On November 11, 2021, a Syrian jihadi cleric published several posts on Telegram announcing the launch of a fundraising campaign aimed at supporting fighters on the front lines by giving each 100 Turkish Liras.
On November 11, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) released the group's weekly publication which featured an editorial titled "Why Does the Caliphate Frighten Them!"
On November 14, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) reported that on November 8 its operatives detonated an IED on a Syrian Armed Forces vehicle, on a road in southern Syria.
On November 10, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) claimed responsibility for three operations in northeastern Mozambique in which it reported that a soldier, and a "spy" for the Mozambique Armed Defense Forces, were killed, and that weapons and ammunition were seized from the army.
Over the course of November 12-13, 2021, the Islamic State Central Africa Province (ISCAP) claimed responsibility for five attacks in the Cabo Delgado Province in northeastern Mozambique, and the deaths of 16 Mozambican soldiers and alleged spies in clashes with the army and raids on local villages.
On November 14, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) reported that on the previous day its operatives attacked a town in Borno State, Nigeria, and that in the exchanges of fire with the forces stationed at the outpost and with the reinforcements that arrived.
ISIS Claims Twin Suicide Attacks In Kampala, Uganda
On November 16, 2021, the media arm of the Islamic State (ISIS) released a statement claiming responsibility for twin suicide attacks in Kampala, Uganda, claiming that more than 30 Ugandan police officers and Christians were killed and wounded in the "martyrdom operation."
On November 15, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) released a photoset documenting its operatives in Somalia attending a training camp named after the slain leader of the Islamic State in the Greater Sahara (ISGS).
On November 16, 2021, pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlets released posters celebrating photos released by ISIS's central media, showing operatives in a training camp operated by ISIS's Somalia Province.

On November 16, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) released a picture set documenting an attack perpetrated by its operatives against the "Crusader Congo Army" on November 11, 2021, in one of the Christian villages in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
Pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Media Outlet Poster Says: 'America, Die In Your Rage'
On November 15, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (SIS) media outlet continued to make threats against the United States in anticipation of the Christmas season.
On November 12, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media group released a poster showing an armed ISIS fighter facing the Manhattan Bridge in New York City and the Arabic text: "The land will be ruled by Allah's shari'a sooner or later, with Allah's permission."

On November 15, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) outlet released two posters inciting its supporters to carry out attacks in France.

On November 15, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a poster urging Muslims to focus their attention on what is happening in Morocco and, in a reference to the local security services, to devise creative ways "to cut off the head of the viper."

On November 16, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) outlet published a poster celebrating recent attacks in Mozambique and West Africa.
Al-Shabab Claims Mogadishu Suicide Attack Targeting Vehicle Of Two U.S. Officers
On November 11, 2021, a jihadi outlet claimed that an operative of Al-Qaeda's Somalian affiliate Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), carried out an SVBIED attack in Mogadishu, Somalia, targeting "American officers."
Indian Al-Qaeda Magazine Editorial Calls On Muslims To Rise Against 'Falsehood'
The editorial in the latest issue of an Indian jihadi magazine focuses on the life of Prophet Muhammad, his message, and the unbelievers' opposition to him.

On November 14, 2021, Canada-based pro-Al-Qaeda cleric Tariq Abdelhaleem published a post on Telegram, calling on Muslims to put an end to the life of Saudi journalist Turki Al-Hamad, whom he accused of insulting the Prophet Mohammad.

Over the past two days, Muslim social media users condemned what they deemed to be "defamatory" remarks against the Prophet Muhammad made by Zakaria Botros, a Coptic Christian priest who has been an outspoken critic of Islam for years.
The newest issue of a weekly published by the Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS)-backed Salvation Government in Idlib, released on November 12, 2021, included an article titled "Bin Zayed and Al-Assad, [Moving] From [A] Secret [Relationship] To [A] Public [One]."

The article asserts that recent Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) military operations against independent foreign jihadi fighters in Idlib liken it to the Islamic State (ISIS).
On November 16, 2021, several Syria-based, anti-Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Telegram channels shared a message from the team which operates an anti-HTS Telegram channel which states that the channel is compelled to close down following an HTS threat against one of its former supervisors.
On November 16, 2021, a British pro-Islamic State (ISIS) jihadi preacher published a press release on his Telegram channel, organizing a new Twitter campaign aimed at freeing a man currently serving an Australian custodial sentence of 15 years for being a leader and a member of a terrorist organization.
Taliban States They Wiped Out Islamic State (ISIS) Cell In Kabul Planning Attacks Against Civilians
On November 18, 2021, the official Twitter account of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the Afghan Taliban) reported that on November 17, 2021, the Emirate's Special Forces uncovered a "Khawarij Daesh [both are derogatory terms for the Islamic State (ISIS)]" cell in the Qala-e-Murad Bek area in the Shakar Dara District of the capital city of Kabul, and killed all its members, several of whom were armed with weapons and explosives."
Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (the Movement of the Pakistani Taliban, TTP) – a jihadi organization seeking to establish shari'a rule in Pakistan on the lines of the shari'a state being implemented by the Afghan Taliban jihadi organization in Afghanistan – has agreed to an interim ceasefire to facilitate the start of peace talks with the government of Pakistan.
