On November 22, 2023, the Al-Sahab Foundation, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Central Command, released a new issue of its Al-Nafir periodic bulletin, titled "The House of Saud and the Terror of a Flood of the Two Noble Holy Sites."
In an Urdu-language statement released on November 25, 2023, Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) called on "common Muslims" in the West and elsewhere to attack Israelis and Americans with knives and guns and has outlined a five-point strategy to expand the Gaza War globally.
Between November 25-26, 2023, senior officials of the Houthi Ansar Allah movement issued a series of threats against Israel and the U.S., against the backdrop of the war between Israel and the Palestinian factions headed by Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
On November 24, 2023, the Islamic State (ISIS) released issue 418 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba,' featuring an editorial titled: "So, Do Not Fear Them."
After the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel, the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS) – has a major article citing a Quran verse that disparages Jews as "apes and pigs" and slams Hamas for "playing with the innocent blood and souls of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on behalf of the Rafidah [rejectionist, a pejorative term for Shi'ite]."
A major article in the latest issue of the "Voice of Khurasan," an English-language monthly magazine published by Al-Azaim Media Foundation, a media outlet linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), which defines itself as a supporting entity for the Islamic State (ISIS), accuses jihadi organizations and figures, in particular Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) leader Abu Mohammed Al-Joulani, of turning away from jihad and getting into politics for material gains, arguing that the lack of unity among them prevents them from unifying to liberate Jerusalem.

On November 29, 2023, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet published a poster titled "Religious War," featuring an excerpt from the editorial in issue 376 of ISIS' weekly Al-Naba', dated February 2, 2023, which was titled "Kill the Jews." The excerpt calls on Palestinian youth to carry out "bloody attacks" against synagogues, and to use explosive belts.

In late November 2023, a Michigan-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher released a video.
A prolific pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel spearheading ISIS criticism of Hamas following the eruption of the Israel-Hamas war, posted commentary discrediting Hamas's approach to the Palestinian cause and highlighting Gazans' discontent with Hamas, accusing its leadership of "collaborationism."
On November 27, 2023, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Central Command, published an eight-page essay in Arabic titled: "This is Gaza, The Mother of All Steadfast Which Was Betrayed By Its Neighbors."
Starting from November 10, 2023, Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Somalia, Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), has reported on its activities to provide relief to civilians affected by the floods in southern Somalia. This report surveys these activities.
On November 26, 2023, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen ("the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims" – GSIM), issued a brief statement claiming an attack on a Burkinabe military position in the town of Djibo, the capital of Soum Province near the border with Mali.
On November 24, 2023, a prolific Al-Qaeda supporter, published a seven minute, 17-second video in Arabic, urging Muslims to support the people of Gaza in their ongoing war with Israel by various means, including attacking Jews, harming their property, preaching, and boycotting Israel.
On November 25, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published a three-page article titled "The Inspiring Sheikh of Lone Wolves, Who Is Wanted in His Grave."
Between November 22 and 24, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published three Arabic-language manuals advising online supporters about the best virtual private network (VPN) services, messaging apps, and Android emulators to use in their media jihad activities.
On November 20, 2023, the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) issued a statement announcing a new "communications platform," where supporters can offer "economic, military, and political" suggestions and advice to the group.
On November 14, 2023, a Kuwaiti Salafi cleric and politician published a religious ruling regarding donating money to the residents of the Gaza Strip during the war raging there between the Palestinian factions and Israel.
Issue No. 55 of the Balagh monthly magazine, published by a group of independent jihadi clerics in Syria's Idlib region, was released on November 22, 2023.
On November 22, 2023, Hamas announced that four of its operatives were killed in southern Lebanon in an Israeli airstrike. Notably, two of the operatives were Turkish nationals.
On November 22, 2023, a news website linked to Lebanese Hizbullah published a photograph of a meeting between Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah and senior Hamas officials, held to discuss developments in the Gaza Strip and in the region since Hamas's October 7 attack on Israel.

On November 26, 2023, a Syrian pro-opposition website published a report that on the previous day, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) transferred around 150 Afghan and Iraqi operatives belonging to the Iran-backed militias to the southern Syrian border, adding that the operatives entered Syria from Iraq through the Al-Bukamal border crossing via buses belonging to the Syrian regime.
On November 21-22, 2023, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) claimed three strikes in Iraq "in direct response to the attacks against U.S. and Coalition forces by Iran and Iran-backed groups," reporting that they caused "several enemy casualties."
On November 27, 2023, a Syrian opposition-affiliated outlet reported that Iran-backed militias had completed training 40 university graduates at the Iranian Cultural Center in Al-Mayadin, southeast of Deir Al-Zour, in preparation for sending them to work as civil servants in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
On November 23, 2023, a Syrian opposition website published an article concerning the status of Palestinian factions in Syria since the beginning of the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.
On November 24, 2023, a Syrian opposition-affiliated website reported that the Assad regime and Russia had sent military reinforcements to their positions in the Al-Hasakah governorate in northeastern Syria.
On November 26, 2023, a website which covers the Deir Al-Zour region in northeastern Syria published a report claiming that "the Russians are changing security elements in Deir Al-Zour to control Iranian militias."

On November 25, 2023, Abu Hussein Al-Hamidawi, secretary-general of the Hizbullah Brigades, posted a statement in which he exposed the identities of the Iran-backed Iraqi Shi'ite militias that are members of "the Islamic Resistance in Iraq" – the name that was used in the claims of responsibility for dozens of recent attacks against American military bases in Iraq and in Syria.

On November 23, 2023, an anonymous activist published a post on Telegram claiming that Al-Zafireen Group (also spelled Al-Dhafirin) is "fictitious."
Cyber Team Linked To Iran-Backed Militias Claims It Hacked French Website In Support Of Hamas
On November 25, 2023, a Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq claimed that it had hacked a website belonging to a French military school.
Houthi Ansar Allah Movement Claims Cruise Missile Attack On Israeli City Of Eilat
On November 22, 2023, Brigadier-General Yahya Sare'e, the spokesman of the armed forces of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis), issued a statement on Telegram claiming responsibility for a cruise missile attack on the southern Israeli city of Eilat.
On November 29, 2023, Houthi Ansar Allah movement Supreme Political Council Chairman Mahdi Al-Mashat warned the U.S. against taking any "hostile step" against the Yemeni people and asserted that "any step that harms the interests of our people will be considered a declaration of war."
On November 27, 2023, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement that on November 26, the USS MASON (DDG 87) destroyer, with allied ships and associated aircraft, responded to a distress call from the M/V CENTRAL PARK commercial vessel that it was under attack by an unknown entity, and that forces "from our coalition counter-piracy task force (TF 151)" attempted to free the ship and protect its crew.

On August 18, 2023, the United Nation's World Food Program (WFP) announced in a statement published on its website that due to lack of funds, it will reduce the size of its humanitarian aid to Yemen, starting in September.
On November 22, 2023, the Houthi Ansar Allah movement's Al-Masirah daily reported that Maj. Gen. Muhammad Fadl Abd Al-Nabi, Commander of the Houthi naval forces, had visited the crew of the Galaxy Leader shipping vessel which the Houthi forces, claiming it was an Israeli ship, captured on November 19, 2023, in the Red Sea and towed to the coast of Yemen.
On November 20, 2023, a charity of the Houthi Ansar Allah movement launched a campaign to raise funds for the people in Gaza and its "jihadi fighters."
On November 16, 2023, a pro-Afghan Taliban outlet, which often publishes articles and news against the Islamic State (ISIS) and in favor of the Islamic Emirate (the Afghan Taliban), published a Dari-language article, arguing that ISIS is a project of America and Israel.
