On November 23, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) released two statements on Telegram claiming responsibility for killing two people, one of them allegedly affiliated with "Pakistani intelligence," on November 22, in Pakistan.

On November 29, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) claimed responsibility for back-to-back attacks on Kurdish Peshmerga forces in Diyala, Iraq, which reportedly killed five and wounded four others.

 

Islamic State (ISIS) Al-Naba' Weekly: Arab Regimes Moving Closer To Syria Proves All Are Enemies And All-Out War Should Be Waged Until Judgment Day

The November 25, 2021, Issue 314 of the Islamic State (ISIS) weekly, Al-Naba', included an editorial which asserts that the recent move closer to the Syrian regime by several Arab countries, among them the UAE, proves that ISIS was correct when it declared war on all un-Islamic governments, and that the "apostate Sahawat" (i.e. anti-ISIS factions, such as HTS) made a grievous error in accepting the backing of certain countries, thinking they would help them against Assad.

ISIS Supporter Shares Photos Of Three Operatives Killed By Taliban In Kandahar, Afghanistan

On November 27, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) user published a post on the ISIS-operated Rocket.Chat server eulogizing an ISIS operative who is believed to be the head of the pro-ISIS Al Mahdi Media Foundation, as well as two other ISIS fighters, claiming that they were killed by the Afghan Taliban during a raid on November 15 in Afghanistan.

On November 30, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) outlet released a poster titled "Raid Them in Their Very Homes," depicting slain ISIS spokesman Abu Muhammad Al-'Adnani standing against a destroyed Western city.

 

Coverpage Article In Issue 22 Of ISIS Magazine 'Sawt Al-Hind' Accuses Secular Government Of Bangladesh Of Turning Hindu-Muslim Riots Against Muslims, Says: 'Jihad Is Inevitable With Mushrikeen – There Is No Escape'

An article in Issue 22 of the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) English-language monthly Sawt Al-Hind ("The Voice Of India"), published by Ansarul Khilafah in Hind ("Aiders of the Islamic State in India"), accuses the secular government of Bangladesh under Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of turning the recent Hindu-Muslim riots around on the Muslims to placate the Hindu minority.

On November 30, 2021, British pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher Anjem Choudary called on his followers to join a social media campaign protesting the treatment of Muslim prisoners in Lebanon.

 

Students Of U.S.-Based Jihadi Preacher Announce He Will Soon Respond To Questions; Official Social Media Accounts Run By Students Have Thousands Of Followers

On December 1, 2021, an English-language Telegram channel affiliated with Michigan-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher Ahmad Musa Jibril announced that, "Our beloved Shaykh [may Allah protect him] has allowed us to begin accepting general questions," and that, "if a question is chosen, a video response will be recorded and a Q&A video will be released inshā-Allah."

An English-language Telegram channel believed to be operated by British exorcist and preacher Abu Ruqya warned Muslim parents living in Western countries not to send their children to public school, saying that their teachings contradict Islam and promote a government agenda.

 

Al-Qaeda In The Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) Claims First Attack On Houthis In Abyan, Yemen, Since March 2021

On November 29, 2021, Al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), released a statement claiming responsibility for a November 26 IED attack targeting a Houthi motorcycle in Mahalhal, Abyan Governorate, Yemen.

 

Al-Shabab Claims Suicide Attack Against 'Western Officers And Trainers' In Mogadishu

On November 25, 2021, the Shahada News Agency, the official media outlet of the Somalia-based Al-Qaeda affiliate Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), reported that Al-Shabab perpetrated a suicide attack "against Western officers and trainers in the Somalian capital of Mogadishu, when they were leaving the General Gordon [military training] base en route to the Halane Base – the largest military base belonging to the African forces in Somalia."

 

Organizations, Twitter Users Accuse Kenyan Government Of Abducting, Torturing Muslim Man; Authorities Claim He Is Suspected Terrorist, Member Of Somalia's Al-Shabab

On October 15, 2021, Haki Africa, a self-described "national human rights organization" based in Mombasa, Kenya, published a "Missing Person Alert" alleging that a young man had been "abducted by unknown persons suspected to be police officers in civilian clothes."

 

Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Leader Muhammad Al-Joulani In Rare Appearance At Shura Council Economic Crisis Emergency Meeting In Idlib

On November 23, 2021, the General Shura Council, the "governing body" in the Idlib area in Syria, which is controlled by Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), convened an emergency meeting to discuss the worsening economic crisis there, which has recently been felt in a steep increase in the prices of fuel and basic commodities.

 

Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Rejects Designation By U.S. As 'Entity Of Particular Concern;' Asserts Assad Regime Should Head The List

On November 17, 2021, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken designated several organizations, among them Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), Al-Qaeda affiliate Harakat Al-Shabab Al-Mujahideen (Al-Shabab), Boko Haram, Yemen-based Ansar Allah (the Houthis), the Islamic State (ISIS), and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (the Afghan Taliban) as "Entities of Particular Concern."

A textbook for first grade students on the subject of the Sirah (biography) of the Prophet Muhammad, which was recently distributed to schools in the Syrian city of Al-Bab, in areas controlled by the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA), aroused widespread criticism and anger for what numerous local Muslims, including many Syrian jihadi clerics, felt to be disrespectful depictions of Muhammad and his relatives.

On November 23, 2021, the General Shura Council, a rebel government body linked to Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), held an "emergency session," which was attended by the HTS-linked Syrian Salvation Government, the Supreme Council for Issuing Fatwas, and HTS leader Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani, to discuss the "consequence of the economic crisis, the decrease in the exchange rate of the Turkish lira, and its effect on the prices of food products, particularly bread."

On November 30, 2021, a statement was released on several Telegram channels in the name of "a group of mujahideen from the Arabian Peninsula in Syria" protesting the Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) imprisonment of several rival jihadi fighters.

 

Pro-Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP) Twitter Accounts Share Videos, Publications, Decry Abuse By China: 'Those Who Support Chinese Pagans Against Uyghur Monotheists Are Criminals Deserving Worldwide State-Sponsored Persecution'

English-language Twitter accounts express their support for the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), an Uyghur Jihadi group fighting in Syria, by disseminating photos, videos, and nasheeds that the group has released.

Several jihadi Telegram accounts continue to celebrate the November 21, 2021 attack that Hamas claimed by the "senior movement member" gunman Fadi Abu Shkhaydam, who killed one person and injured four in the Old City of Jerusalem.

Iraqi Court Issues Arrest Warrant For Iraqi Shi'ite Cleric Linked To Iran-Backed Media Outlets, In Compliance With Anti-Terrorism Law

On November 28, 2021, an Iraqi court issued an arrest warrant for a Shi'ite cleric who chairs the Islamic Radio and Television Union in Iraq, an umbrella organization for all Iran-linked media in Iraq.

 

Iran-Backed Fatemiyoun Militia Posts Photos On Telegram Documenting Joint Military Training In Syria

On November 26, 2021, the Telegram channel of an Afghan Shi'ite militia supported by Iran, published photos documenting joint military training of its special forces and the Al-Imam Al-Hussain brigades in an undisclosed location in Syria. According to a pro-Syrian revolution website, the exact location of the training is unknown; however, the landscape seen in the photos suggests the training may have taken place in the Syrian desert.

 

Official Taliban Magazine: U.S. Responsible For Afghan Economic Crisis; External Aid Urgently Needed

On November 20, 2021, the official Twitter account of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan released Issue 190 of the Taliban's official Arabic-language magazine.
