On September 11, 2021, an article by an independent Syrian jihadi cleric appeared in Issue 28 of a monthly magazine that is published by a group of independent jihadi clerics based in Idlib, Syria.

On September 12, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) opened a new channel on the ISIS-operated Rocket.Chat platform, following the deletion of the group's Telegram accounts that seem to have last been active on September 10.

On September 11, 2021, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet released a video glorifying the perpetrators of the 9/11 attacks and highlighting the planning and execution of the attack.
On September 11, 2021, the 20th anniversary of Al-Qaeda's four coordinated terrorist attacks against the U.S., a pro-Al-Qaeda media group published several posters on its Telegram channel and on its channel on the Al-Qaeda-operated Rocket.Chat, which emphasize the humiliating blows to the U.S. caused by the attacks and threaten more.
Pro-Al-Qaeda And Taliban Telegram Channel Rejoices In The Deaths Of Victims Of 9/11
On September 11, 2021, a pro-Al-Qaeda Telegram channel that disseminates content in Urdu, published a poster celebrating the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

On the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, a pro-ISIS media outlet posted an article harshly criticizing Al-Qaeda under Ayman Al-Zawahiri.

On Gettr, ISIS Supporters Disseminate ISIS Materials, Mock And Demonize The U.S.
On Gettr, a new social media platform which launched on July 4, 2021, supporters of the Islamic State (ISIS) have been sharing ISIS materials, including videos and reports, as well as content mocking and demonizing the U.S.
Over the past days, several pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlets released posters that urged supporters to challenge the recent Telegram purge of their accounts by creating new accounts, advising them not to abandon the platform.

On September 5, 2021, the Independent Turkish, the Turkish franchise of the British Independent online newspaper, published an interview with Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani, leader of Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS).
On September 11, 2021, the Syria-based jihadi group Ansar Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Brigade claimed responsibility for an IED attack the previous evening that targeted an armored vehicle of the "Turkish NATO army" near a checkpoint manned by Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) between the city of Idlib and the town of Binnish.

In the recent days, the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), an Uyghur jihad group fighting in Syria, circulated several videos reviewing its activity in the country, as well as training videos on the use of light arms. The videos were produced by the group's Syria-based media arm and posted on its website.
