The Palestinian Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) is a secular, Leninist Palestinian faction, founded in 1967 by Dr. George Habash, its former secretary general, and Mustafa Al-Zubari, known as "Abu Ali Mustafa," among other Arab nationalists.
On September 30, 2024, Hizbullah Deputy Secretary-General Na'im Qasem released a pre-recorded video on Lebanese Hizbullah’s Al-Manar TV website. In the speech he delivered in the video, Qasem accused Israel of perpetrating massacres in Lebanon, with American support, and stated that despite the harsh blow it has received, Hizbullah will continue "to confront the Israeli enemy with the aim of assisting Gaza and Palestine and in order to protect Lebanon and its people."
Following Iran's October 1, 2024, attack on Israel, in which almost 200 ballistic missiles were fired, Iran-backed Iraqi militias issued statements celebrating the "awaited" Iranian response.
On September 26, 2024, a London-based Saudi weekly published an Arabic-language article titled, "Cautious Iraqi Support For Hezbollah Amid Internal Division."
On September 28, 2024, two Iran-backed Bahraini militias eulogized Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah, in a joint statement. Nasrallah was killed in Israeli airstrikes on September 27, 2024, in Beirut. The militias promised to avenge him by targeting "Zionists" residing in Bahrain.
On September 29, 2024, Iran-backed Afghan Fatemiyoun Brigades released a statement eulogizing Hizbullah's slain leader Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed in Israeli airstrikes on September 27 in Beirut. Praising the leader's "resilience" against Israel for over three decades, the statement said Nasrallah had attained the highest level of "martyrdom."
On September 28, 2024, Lebanese Hizbullah released a statement announcing that Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah had been killed in a "treacherous" Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) strike the day before, which hit the group's headquarters in Beirut's southern suburbs.
On October 1, 2024, Iran launched a major missile attack on Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa, according to Israel's military.
On September 27, 2024, Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut's Dahieh. His death was confirmed the following day by both the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and Hizbullah.

The pro-Hamas outlet Gaza Now published on September 25, 2024, a post on its Telegram channel in English, Arabic, and Russian soliciting donations of the cryptocurrency Tether USDT (TRC20).
On September 27 and 28, 2024, Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis) issued claims of responsibility for a missile attack against a “military target” in the Tel Aviv area in central Israel, and for a drone attack on “a vital target” in the Ashkelon area in the south of the country.

On September 26, 2024, the commander of the Iran-backed Iraqi militia Sayyid Al-Shuhada' Brigades issued a brief statement threatening the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
On September 27, 2024, the Syrian opposition-affiliated Euphrates Post media outlet reported on Facebook that the previous day, the Iran-backed Iraqi Al-Nujaba Movement militia had sent "military reinforcements" to Lebanon, which included operatives and medium weapons.
On September 29, 2024, the Iraqi Resistance Coordination Committee (IRCC), an umbrella group comprising several Iran-backed militias in Iraq, released a statement calling for the Iraqi government to conclude an agreement with the U.S. mandating a complete withdrawal of troops from Iraq.
From September 26-30, 2024, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of Iran-backed militias in Iraq, issued 14 statements claiming responsibility for 19 separate attacks targeting Israel regions, including attacks on the cities of Haifa, Tel Aviv, and Eilat.

On October 1, 2024, the London-based Qatari daily Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported that armed Iraqi factions had recently opened recruitment bureaus in the cities of Basra and Baghdad for volunteers interested in fighting in Lebanon.
On September 25, 2024, the spokesman of the Iraqi Hizbullah Brigades, released a statement on his Telegram channel blaming the U.S. for Israeli airstrikes in Gaza and Lebanon.
On September 25, 2024, a Telegram channel linked to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) suggested in a post that the Islamic Resistance in Iraq had acquired electronic warfare systems to provide its "air force" with radar-evading technologies, to be used in its operations against Israel's northern and southern territories.
On September 26, 2024, the Islamic State (ISIS) released issue 462 of its weekly newsletter, Al-Naba'.
On September 30, 2024, an anti-Islamic State (ISIS) channel on an Al-Qaeda-operated Rocket.Chat server published a post claiming that the channel had received "almost certain reports" regarding the deaths of the general commander of ISIS forces in the Syrian Desert and an ISIS "media emir," in recent U.S. strikes in the region.
Issue 462 of Islamic State (ISIS) weekly magazine Al-Naba', released on September 26, 2024, included an "exclusive" report claiming that dozens of Christian villagers in Ituri Province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), "converted" to Islam after being taken prisoner.
On September 28, 2024, the Islamic State Central Africa Province (ISCAP) claimed that on September 27, its operatives captured and beheaded a Christian, near the village of Lolwa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) Ituri province.
On October 1, 2024, Islamic State Central Africa Province (ISCAP) released six graphic photos documenting Christian casualties as a result of an attack carried out by the group's operatives on a Christian village, in the Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) Lubero Territory.
In a Pashtu-language booklet, the Islamic State Khurasan Province (ISKP) argues that all citizens of non-Muslim countries are unbelievers, and Muslims should fight them instead of seeking their citizenship.

From September 25-October 1, 2024, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), published seven statements claiming responsibility for 10 separate attacks against armed forces in Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger.
On the evening of September 24, 2024, multiple Syrian jihadi Telegram channels reported that an MQ9 Reaper unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) belonging to the U.S.-led coalition carried out an airstrike targeting a rebel position at the Duwayr Al-Akrad front, between the Hama and Latakia governorates in northwestern Syria.
On September 25, 2024, a key component of Syria's largest jihadi group, Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), released a video in the Uzbek language documenting an awards ceremony held in honor of the Brigade's fighters who had excelled in military training courses.

In an article published by one of the official websites of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA, i.e., the Afghan Taliban), a female writer defended the Afghan Taliban regime's latest draconian enforcement of the Islamic face veil and total ban on speaking outside homes.

In the latest issue of its Urdu-language magazine, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) eulogizes slain fighters, argues that it is ahead of the Pakistani military in building narratives in the eyes of Pakistani audiences, frames Pakistani military leaders as those who monopolize resources and obstruct the establishment of Islam, and says that the TTP should not be viewed as a terrorist group but as an Islamic jihadi group striving for an Islamic welfare system.
In a recent article shared on X, Hizb-ut-Tahrir Afghanistan accused Iran of hypocrisy and inaction amid Israel's attacks in Gaza and Lebanon, adding that Tehran is furthering American interests in the Middle East and "when the American interests required it, Iran supported certain proxy groups under the banner of Shi'ism and nationalism."
