In mid-2009, the Taliban in Afghanistan issued a new book of guidelines, outlining the code of conduct for their fighters. Titled "The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: Code of Conduct for Mujahideen," the 66-page book was published and implemented this spring; it contains 13 chapters and 67 articles.
