In a recent Gaza League soccer game between the Khan Yunis and Al-Hilal teams, the commentator interjected praise for terror attacks in the West Bank. "Hebron is speaking with a machine gun. With its head held high, it attacks with bullets," he proclaimed during the game, which was broadcast on Amwaj Sport TV on October 24, 2015.
Following is an excerpt:
Soccer announcer: This is the second half. Both teams need to be determined to get advantage. This is dangerous… Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Allahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! 'Ayed Al-Akawi has scored. He has spoken in the language of the Intifada. We send the love of the homeland from Khan Yunis to Hebron.
Ask me what's going on? Nothing, it's just the roof of the bus being blown away. In Hebron, you will enjoy no security. The West Bank of Abu Jandal and [Yahya] Ayyash, Hebron is speaking with a machine gun. With its head held high, it attacks with bullets. Hebron of Palestine is defending with a knife. Hebron of today is the Hebron of the past. It is teaching the enemy a lesson. If the enemy does not understand this lesson, it will be run over as another lesson. Rise to honor Hebron and to salute its people. The lions of Allah are protecting Hebron.
