Following are excerpts from an ISIS video showing the graduation ceremony of new "Mujahideen Cubs", which was posted on the Internet on December 29, 2013:
Master of Ceremonies: The Prophet Muhammad said: "Rome will be conquered." This is a prophetic hadith. What will be conquered?

Master of Ceremonies: So how is Rome supposed to be conquered? Are we to go the U.N. Security Council and say: "We have a hadith, so please conquer Rome for us"? Answer me, guys!

Master of Ceremonies: Are we to go to the Arab League and say that the Bukhari and Muslim collections include a hadith about the conquest of Rome? A clean-shaven man would be sitting there, smoking a cigarette, and he would say: "Brothers', first let's see you get rid of Bashar." Rome will not be conquered until we have returned to the Koran and to the Sunna.
