Hizbullah-Affiliated Lebanese Academic Sadek Al-Naboulsi: Hizbullah Is Capable Of Destroying Israel, Sending It To The Stone Age; America Fears Hizbullah; If The U.S. Intervenes On Behalf Of Israel – Hizbullah, Iraq's PMU, Houthis Will Target Its Bases And Aircraft Carriers

Hizbullah-affiliated Lebanese academic Sadek Al-Naboulsi spoke about Hizballah's response to a potential American intervention in the region. On a November 3, 2023 show on OTV (Lebanon) he said that Hizbullah is capable of targeting U.S. ships, aircraft carriers, and aircraft in the region. He added that Hizbullah does not fear the Americans, rather it is the Americans who fear Hizbullah. On a November 8 show on Spot Shot on YouTube, he advised the Americans to learn from their experience in Afghanistan, Vietnam, Somalia, and Iraq, saying that the Lebanese people will not remain silent "in the face of American invasion." Al-Naboulsi said that it would not only be Hizbullah that would "deliver blows" to U.S. forces in the region, but also the Iran-backed Shiite Iraqi PMU and the Houthi Ansar Allah in Yemen.  In response to the question whether Hizbullah is capable of destroying Israel, Al-Naboulsi said that Hizbullah has only used a small portion of its firepower so far, and if it decides to enter the war in full force, "nothing will remain intact in the Israeli enemy entity." He said that "Hizbullah will send the enemy to the Stone Age."

Sadek Al-Naboulsi: "Hizbullah has never feared the Americans. Never ever. On the contrary. The secretary-general of Hizbullah intentionally mentioned what happened to the U.S. forces in Lebanon, in Afghanistan, and in Iraq, in order to convey the following message: 'If you intervene in any way to support Israel, thinking that you can repair the great rupture suffered by the Israeli entity, you are deluding yourself. Not only are we not afraid, we are capable of hurting you.' This is what the Americans need to understand today.

[...]

"Hizbullah does not fear the Americans. It is the Americans who fear Hizbullah. The Americans need to understand this message, because any direct military intervention will open the gates of Hell upon the American bases, and upon their airplanes, and aircraft carriers.

[...]

"The U.S. should learn their lessons from Afghanistan, Vietnam, Somalia, Iraq, and from many countries that it occupied. It should not think that the Lebanese will remain silent in the face of any American invasion whatsoever. The Lebanese will hurt the U.S. so long as they are capable of doing so. In addition, the PMU in Iraq and the [Houthi] Ansar Allah in Yemen will harness all their military capabilities in order to hurt the U.S."

Host: "Tell me how the Lebanese can hurt the U.S. How can Hizbullah, because there are Lebanese who do not want to do it – how can Hizbullah hurt the U.S.?"

Al-Naboulsi: "It has means at its disposal. With regard to what is happening at sea, Nasrallah said clearly: 'We have made preparations for this.' The arrival of U.S. aircraft carriers in order to launch an aggression against Lebanon – this will not go unanswered. This is what Nasrallah said. This means that Hizbullah has the capability to harm U.S. forces at sea, and can also contact the pillars of the resistance axis elsewhere in the region, and deliver blows to America."

[...]

Host: "Is Hizbullah capable of destroying Israel?"

Al-Naboulsi: "Hizbullah has so far used only a small portion of its firepower. It has shown only a small portion of its firepower. It still has not used its high-quality weapons. So if the battle fronts open, a war is forced upon Lebanon, and Hizbullah enters the war in full force, nothing will remain intact in the Israeli enemy entity. They threaten to send Lebanon back to the Stone Age, but Hizbullah will also send the enemy back to the Stone Age."
