On May 8, 2019, Syria-based Saudi jihadi clerics Abdallah Al-Muhaysini and Muslih Al-'Ulyani announced on Telegram the launch of a Ramadan lecture series encouraging jihad, with the two clerics delivering lectures on alternate evenings. The lectures are available on YouTube, Twitter, and on the Wa'y Al-Ummah satellite network.
