A group of pro-rebel Syrian hacktivists hacked the website of Kuwait's Ministry of Internal Affairs and then apologized and urged Kuwait and the other Arab countries to do more for the people of Syria.
The message left on the website began with an apology and went on to request "your collective cooperation" and "military action to solve their [i.e. the Syrian rebels'] problem."
